Excellent service
Excellent, Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who talked through details and reassured. Never done storage before as we have not moved in over 40 years and it was nice to have staff that didn’t mind explaining entry procedures again.

Used for 14 weeks due to house move, large unit! Clean and tidy and helpful staff

Very good service
Free van arrived on time for us to load, when arrived at storage depot trolley’s available to take items to the individual very clean and well maintained unit. Pleased with how it all went.

I have nothing but praise for Blackburn Store First. Very friendly and helpful staff, answered all of my many many questions. There are meeting rooms, a kitchen, free WiFi.
All of their pricing policies are in the customer's best interest. You can reserve a unit for free. If you're moving from one unit to another and it takes a couple of days, you only pay for one unit,not both, even though you're using two units. At the end of the half price deal if you move to a different size (larger or smaller), you get a new half price deal. And it's not just for new customers, if you finish with your unit and need another one in a couple of weeks you get the half price deal again. The payments are taken in advance, but if you empty your unit before the end of the period you paid for, you get a refund for the unused time!
I've never used a storage facility before, but I have used other services, so I know how companies make their money to the detriment of their customers. So I was prepared for the deal being for new customers only, or having to keep paying for a unit you're not using anymore. But with Store First I was pleasantly surprised each and every time that payments were discussed.
The facility is clean and feels secure. With 24/7 access, and plenty of parking.
I highly recommend Store First, I can't think of anything they could do to make the experience better.

Not always the cheapest, but by far the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have stored previously with Store First in both Manchester & Wirral, I would recommend them to anyone who needs storage either short term or long, just make sure you are aware of the full price after the initial offer period. They quote you a price which includes the protection coverage so there isn’t any hidden fees & you can leave at any time too and get the pro-rate rate back as a refund for any unused time. Some other really decent benefits are having a reception, a kitchen, toilets & even a private boardroom which you can book too during office hours while also being able to access your unit 24/7.
Kat the store manager is excellent & should I choose to be storing again I will do so with Store First.
