Just switched . EXCELLENT company
I have just switched to SwiftMedi as I had been with my previous supplier for nearly 2 years and I feel there were no discounts for long term users .
Looking around for a better deal , I feel this company has it right - rewarding long term customers .
Well I made the switch and within 12 hours of ordering my evidence was submitted and order accepted and delivered the next day !
Very happy as both price and delivery is very important to me !

Prompt and efficient
Just received my order (Friday). Started consultation Monday for Mounjaro (continuing prescription from another online chemist). I was offered an online consultation early July but when I emailed to ask if this could be dealt with sooner I was sent a link to do the consultation with photos/evidence etc. I provided everything requested the same morning. This was dealt with over the next couple of days and my prescription was approved/despatched Thursday, arrived well packaged Friday. Certainly recommend using their email customer service which is very good.

Super helpful and responsive
The journey was a little different from some other providers and I couldn’t get an appointment within the time I had before holiday. I spoke to someone who was super helpful and they were able to fastrack the service for me. I went from order, to prescribed and delivered within 24 hours. my parcel is missing.
the order was left on my front doorstep (i live on a busy road) this is not a compliant delivery and all swiftmedi are doing is raising a complaint with royal mail. this is taking a very long time and all the while i am down over £100 and without my medication.
not good at all. I will not be using them for a repeat prescription.
