I would like to take a moment to give a huge thank you and well-deserved recognition to Amy, the Service Advisor at MINI.
From start to finish, Amy was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out to me was how proactive she was. She didn’t just do the basics or wait for us to ask for things — she took the initiative and made sure everything was taken care of before we even had to think about it.
There were several things that you would normally expect to have to ask about or chase up, but Amy had already thought ahead and dealt with them. She kept us updated, made sure we understood what was happening, and went the extra mile to make the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in providing great customer service. Amy made us feel like our car and our experience actually mattered to her, rather than making us feel like just another customer. She was attentive to the small details, incredibly helpful throughout, and always approachable whenever we had a question.
The level of service we received from Amy was honestly above and beyond what we expected. She anticipated our needs, sorted things out without being prompted, and consistently kept us informed. Those little things make a huge difference and really show the difference between simply doing a job and genuinely looking after your customers.
Amy is a real credit to MINI, and I hope her efforts are recognised because customer service like this deserves to be acknowledged. If every service department had someone as attentive, proactive and professional as Amy, the whole experience of having your car looked after would be so much easier.
Thank you again, Amy, for all your help, effort and attention to detail. You made the entire experience an absolute pleasure, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone dealing with MINI. Five stars absolutely deserved! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Think very carefully before buying a used car from Sytner MINI.
I was over the moon when I bought my Approved Used MINI, until everything unraveled.
What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into months of stress. After trying to understand the service history, I learned my 'Approved Used' car didn’t actually meet the basic requirements. No full service history. No proper evidence. Nothing that should legally qualify it as Approved Used.
The compensation offered was insulting, and being told to 'just pick another car' wasn’t an option after waiting so long for this exact model. Meanwhile, the car I was mis‑sold has plummeted in value. I can’t sell it without losing thousands, and I can’t trade it in because it doesn’t meet the criteria it was advertised with.
When I asked for senior management details, I was stonewalled. I was even told by “Tommy” that he was senior management, which he was not. That summed up the attitude: deflect, delay, and avoid accountability.
Customer services went silent, so I had to escalate to the Ombudsman, and now the Motor Ombudsman. Nearly two years on, I’m still fighting. I’ve been offered a buy‑out that leaves me losing my deposit and every monthly payment I’ve made, simply because the car was misrepresented from the start.
This has been a breach of trust and a breach of consumer rights.
Think very carefully before buying a used car from Sytner MINI.
