From the moment i made my enquiry with Ben at Mini Slough he made everything so clear and uncomplicated.
He gave me all options and was very patient as i tweeked my specs and with the help of Robyn in finance they were able to put together a deal that i wouldnt have though possible.

Great experience but lacking customer connection at the end of the process.
Great experience but let down with the customer disconnection at the end of the "Motorway Car Buying" sales process. i.e. No fault of the car collection agent (he was very good) but having to wait for over an hour for him to inspect the car, write a report to the dealership and then wait whilst the dealership decides what to do - the process took far too long, especially the time the dealer took getting back to the collection agent. The dealer should have contacted me and updated me of the process - it just seems somewhat disconnected at this point.

The customer service at Slough MINI is simply exceptional
The customer service at Slough MINI is exceptional; no query is ever silly or too small, and the team are phenomenal. Alanah and Jonathan supported me in buying my 4th Mini from this dealership, but every single member of staff I have dealt with is unfailingly professional and friendly. Each visit results in exceptional service, even when it is just to support me in getting my tyre pressure issues resolved. Consequently, I will keep dealing with Mini and even if I move out of area, I will choose to return to the Slough branch.

Just Excellent!
Had the pleasure of ordering my new Mini through Noa Venter. I booked in for a test drive, and I was shown all the features the car had. And, without pressure, Noa explained all the finance options and helped me build my dream Mini. After, around 2 months, my new Mini was ready for pick up. I had some finance-leasing issues that came up a day or two before pick up, and Noa and the team dealt with those for me, in the best, and quickest way possible. I was then able to pick up my dream car (without delay, and early), and I must say, it is just brilliant! Can’t thank Noa enough - he was incredibly helpful, very attentive, replied to my hoard of emails, and explained everything in a polite manner. Their handover experience is excellent. The car is also a whizz to drive!! Definitely recommend Sytner Mini Slough, and Noa as their sales executive.

I test-drove a Mini Cooper Electric with Amelia Goater. The experience was stand-out: she answered all of my questions, I never felt that I was being patronised (women who have bought cars from old-school salesmen will know what am talking about) and I was *very* tempted to buy: great car.The showroom was also a really pleasant setting, well-kept and with a friendly atmosphere.
However, we have decided to delay buying a Mini until our children leave home, in four years' time, so as to get the best out of the experience. I'll certainly be back!

I wouldn’t recommend this particular dealership.
I pre-booked a 24-hour test drive weeks in advance, then once I arrived was ordered to place a £1,000 deposit before hand.
The whole point of the extended test drive was for me to test all the features before committing to a particular order.
I’d dealt with Sytner, Slough since 2014 with no qualms, so it appears to be an issue with their new management.
I walked out with a bad taste in my mouth, especially as the representative wasn’t the most professional that I’ve dealt with.
