World Class Customer Service-Literally!
I live in the USA and volunteer for a non-profit that refurbishes donated bikes for people and children in need. We were looking for a specific part to repair a bike and the ONLY place it could be found was TCMcykle in Stockholm. I contacted them to see if they could ship to the US, which they could not; but as it happened, we were planning a visit to Sweden to see friends in June. After trying several times to use my USA credit card to no avail to have it shipped to our friend, they finally concluded the issue was on their side since they don't service the USA. We had our friend place the order on-line with here card and the shop shipped it to her so we could pick it up on our trip. All the while, they were so pleasant and eager to help us however their system would allow, and the parts remained available for us when the order went in. This process began in April of 2024 and concluded in early May of 2024.

Bought a bike from TCM
Bought a bike from TCM and it was great in the start, however 2 months later it was in need of service. The back changing was loose, the highest gear was off and the chain full of corrosion.
