We booked a Saturday ,unaware that many children's parties were held then.
We had children running around the lanes doing hand stands and chasing each other with balloons and shouting .
There was an entertainer staff person, who kept loudly talking on the loudspeaker and this was all very off putting .
We couldn't play our game properly and left.
We should have been made aware of parties going on ,and maybe Saturday morning should just be parties,
For the price we paid and how loud both the loudspeaker and children were we were not happy.
We were also concerned for the lack of adult super vision for little children, and worried we were going to hit them with the bowling balls as they were that close to us while running around across the lanes

Overall the activity was disappointing!
We booked a laser tag party for my daughter’s 11th birthday, it is the 4th year in a row that we have booked this now. We have always hired the whole place but this time we were told that that option is no longer available.
The children could not play in teams as one of the terminal side was not working so had to play individually against each othrer. Since it was my daughter’s birthday, she was looking forward to having teams so slight disappointment there.
The food was shocking as it was a very mini pizza with not even a handful of chips. When you have 11-13 year olds running around they need something a bit more substantial!
When the pizzas did come the pepperoni pizzas were burnt! They made them again, however by that time half the children had eaten so the others wanted to go as well.
I have had these parties for a number of years now, especially where we could hire the whole place out for our own party and have burgers / nuggets as food options. This was always a winner, hence this time it was a major disappointment!
The staff tried to rectify as much as possible but the overall experience was not great.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
The lane was clean and the food was good.
Drinks and other items ordered came quickly.
The children had a good time and the bowling pizza deal was good value.

No air conditioning which made it unpleasant. We were in lane 3 which was cramped and pokey. The area was covered in the previous people’s drinks and food, spillages weren't cleared up . Not a great experience.

Bowling was good fun at The Atrium, but VERY expensive.
Having ordered 3 rounds of drinks to our lane, the service was really slow, we had to chase up 2 rounds and one of our guests collected one from the bar.

Sold us two karaoke rooms when one was ample.
Forgot to serve the ice cream to the children which we had paid for.
Refused to return part of the charge but instead gave us complementary ten pin bowling which we didn’t want.
Overall very poor service particularly after sales.

Staff friendly. Manager extremely helpful with organising my daughter’s 14th birthday. We took 9 girls to laser tag and karaoke on Sunday 7th, they loved it! Dad was happy to sit outside the rooms with the girls stuff, with a pint, watching the tennis on his phone.

Floor was extremely slippery
Food and drinks from previous people not cleared away
3 machines with no tickets in them so having to wait around and ask for support with 3 children isn’t much fun. Very hot, could benefit from air conditioning

Bowling was good but the seating area had not been cleaned and there was food, glasses and old balloons on the floor

There was a kids party with very loud PA system and music that was extremely off putting made worse by constant flashing lights when trying to bowl. Had we have known we would have chosen a different time. Due to the experience we didnt feel like we had valuable experience and question if we would go again any time soon.

Booking was easy.
Staff member at reception very helpful and polite when we arrived.
Everywhere looked clean, bright and tidy.
My four grandchildren enjoyed their games

I took part in karaoke and it was cheaper to book in store than on the app. Only downside is you are not sure of availability if you walk-in. It's a gamble.
All in all, I had a great time!
