Great place to come! We had a great time. It’s clean (needs an air freshener in the loo though, but it’s a drainage issue not a cleanliness issue). The staff are nice enough. Love the decor. Great for groups, friends, families! Could do with some different arcades. Food looked good although we didn’t have any. We will next time. Will definitely be back!

Birthday Party Review
Birthday party experience was fine, all the children had a great time bowling, birthday girl loved her birthday treat bag, As the parent of the birthday girl I loved how easy it was to book the party online and pay.However, I am disappointed that it tells you to arrive 15 minutes prior to party start time and that someone will call to confirm details. I received no phone call and the venue was not open 15 minutes before party start time at 10am. Pretty much opened at 10am. I was also further disappointed by the fact I was asked to pay again for the party upon checking in,until I questioned it, that the food was not delivered to our lanes at the designated time, I had to chase it up, and as for the balloon animals none of my party were asked what they wanted or had jokes while they were creating them like the other 2 parties that were going on at the same time, it was like they were handed what was left in a bin bag and staff walked away. So overall, left feeling slightly annoyed that not all parties are given same attention by staff yet we all paid same price. While i can appreciate this may have been a staffing issue on the day and the party was good fun despite the issues raised. The staff require better training, and as a company you shouldnt make promises that are not delivered.

I booked a party for my daughter’s birthday and Ten pin were excellent. All we needed was there and prepared. Helping the party run smoothly. Staff were very friendly and approachable at all times. Before the party I had a question about the food as I had dietary inquiry. Ten pin were very helpful and insured the staff would email to confirm and they did. I will be recommending anyone to book here and I would again. Thanks x

Bowling was great but the staff completely missed our order and we ended up waiting for 30 minutes for drinks and a panini, total accident and we got a free drink for the wait so no worries!
