The atmosphere the side of the bowling was good but the lack of staff for how many people they were serving was shocking especially during the school holidays.

Poor
Made a booking for laser tag that the staff were unprepared for and had to find someone to run it. Grumpy teenage boy ended up running it as was visibly getting annoyed with excited 8 year old boys.

Soft play and "lunch"
I started off with my 5 year old niece in the soft play area, the lady on the desk seemed completely uninterested by anything and we didn't even get a smile. There were children definitely not following the rules of the soft play and the height restrictions were not being followed, I witnessed children being pushed and generally mistreating the equipment. We then had lunch which I ordered at 11:40..... it arrived at 12:10, it was stone cold and the woman that brought it out slid it along the table and left. The food was nit if good enough quality to reflect the price. The tables were unclean and there were staff just stood behind the bar area chatting. We moved onto the arcade area and got 110 tickets which was enough for one small sweet, its extortionate. I am generally unimpressed with the whole experience and won't be recommending visits to people I know.

We arrived early for our session and were aloud to go ahead and play our game of bowling. It was a great offer including a burger. My grandson loved it. The staff were nice and friendly.

We booked an hour of bowling without realizing it wasn't possible to extend it; this wasn't clearly stated on the website. Our game was interrupted. We chose this bowling alley for its children's play area, but reservations were required for that as well, and our daughter couldn't use it. The play area was also empty! The cocktails weren't good, and no one told us they weren't served at the lanes. The staff were unfriendly and unmotivated.

My visit
Staff were lovely, me and my boyfriend had an amazing time bowling and playing in the arcade, it was very fun! And the location is not too far from my house. Booking is easy, make sure to book in advance though!

Kids enjoyed themselves, food was great
Kids went of soft play and game machine they really enjoyed themselves. Food was reasonable price and taste great but the fries was a little bit cold. I thought drinks were a bit over price

Birthday party was cur short, with no clear explanation as to why.
Booking online states 10 minutes per person per game …. We had 6 people on a lane for 2 games. That is 2 hours, yet we will cut off at 90 minutes.
Team on the desk did not know what to do or how to handle this.
Had to drive 9 unhappy girls home early from a birthday party.

The laser tag is tiny and not very thought out for older people. Also the bowling is beyond expensive and you don’t advertise your £4 per person with a reciept very well for bowling which is disgusting. Will not be returning! No one asked us yo show our booking for discounted drinks either.
