Yes it was busy but it is to be expected in the school holidays. We were able to access our lane early, Staff were polite, they cleaned in an orderly manner and the kids enjoyed the bowling.

Good value for money day at Tenpin…
We had a fantastic day at Tenpin Warrington with one adult and two children. The bowling was great fun, the atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained in the arcade. Everything was well organised, and we felt it offered excellent value for money especially as it was less than half the price of Didsbuy. A really enjoyable day out that we would happily recommend and visit again!

Bit confused by their timing
Bit confused by their timing. Had hoped to book a game of bowling for my 2 grandsons & they would eat free. Surprised to learn this policy was suspended in the school holidays ? Surely a time when grandparents/parents would use it most

My son was disappointed 😔
They said that lazer tag was unavailable until 7pm due to wet paint and there when they had a booking online for 5pm. It was my son's birthday and he was very disappointed that he couldn't do it.

11 of our family went together. The food side needs improving on. We didn’t get what we ordered because one of the cooks went off sick I think.

Few things wrong. Staff had issues from the start! Rooms not functioning properly. Props already exposed as locking meconisum wasnt working. Asking for help was a real ball ache! They couldnt hear us. Had to give us walkie talkies.. which delayed time for our game... staff didnt engage in game play. I had two autistic children with me and we did all 3 escape rooms but it was hectic! Staff where very unorganised. Wouldn't go again to this escape room we travels a fair way to wasnt worth the cost.

Average experience for parties.
The party was a good price, But you they book too many parties, there are not enough staff to pick the children entertained, the dancing was only do at the first 3 parties. I am not sure when the cake part would of happened, unless I asked for it to happen sooner. I also had to ask for the ice creams I had ordered as the children had finished the bowling and I was given it as parents were arriving.

Took my children and nieces for my…
Took my children and nieces for my son’s birthday, ranges from 2-17years old and they all had a lovely time. The only really issue we had was we went on a warm day an we found it really warm in there, if they had air con or turned it on would have been nice. Definitely will be visiting again.
