We took our daughter and her 3 friends for her birthday treat. Both games ran smoothly with only 1 technical issue that was resolved in minutes. The only down side was it was very warm and the air conditioning unit wasn't working. The whole place has had a revamp too since we last went and I would say for the better. Staff were helpful and the booking process was easy. Everyone had a great time

I order a pizza on the QR code on the table, waiting 45 minutes and didn't get the pizza. I asked a member of staff and they said that they don't have any order. When they call the kitchen they have found it. Lack of costumes service. My daughter was so hungry and started crying.

Trouble booking
We went with a party of OAP’s for a different fun experience and the booking was difficult and the staff a little lax and unaware of our needs but after a couple of chats we were off enjoying the skills of tenpin bowling , some residents for the first time

The bowling alley is fun and lively
The bowling alley is fun and lively. Great for a party. The environment is clean. The only issue is that I don't think there was enough staff for the number of parties that there were going on all at the same time. I like the touch of a t-shirt, bag and bowling pin. When we had my son's party there a few years ago, there were pens to write on the pin with but there were no pens there this time. I would definitely recommend a party there and even a normal bowl. There is so much there to do. I booked over the phone as I wasn't sure on exact numbers and food choices before booking. You can just pay a deposit then finalise numbers and food choices the week before.

The service for the food was terrible
The service for the food was terrible, my food took me 2 complaints to get it and my friend got his food which was cold and then later on was sick afterwards in my car because something wasn't right with it.
