I had a very positive experience with the Battersea branch. I bought a cube ebike from their website which arrived within 2 working days but one of its disk brakes was slightly warped causing an annoying squeak. I had bought the bike to take with me on a holiday based around walking and cycling. I was concerned the issue would spoil the trip. I rang the shop and they made me an appointment for the following day. The next day I arrived in Battersea and within 20 mins my bike was inspected and disk replaced, and I was on my happy way.

I ordered a folding bike for collection in store, it was sent to the store and assembled, 3 days later I went to collect it in person.
It was discovered that the folding mechanism was faulty and it couldn't fold, this doesn't give me mutch faith in the quality control, as in did they check any part of the bike; the brakes, wheels or pedals?
If these had any faults I wouldn't know until I was on the road and it was too late

I'm very dissapointed

Phillipe was absolutely brilliant great help in choosing my new Katmandu bike, very knowledgeable easy to deal with service was excellent, great bike shop sorted all questions.
Phillipe and the electric bike shop are in my opinion are the Muttz Nuttz ( compliment) pleasurable visit and experience.

The whole experience from start to finish was fabulous. Emma was very helpful as were all the staff, always on hand to answer any queries whether in the shop or via email. I would thoroughly recommend this shop if you are looking for great customer service and friendly people.

I purchased my first ebike through my work salary sacrifice scheme (VIVUP). Alex the manager of the Harrogate branch was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I felt the bike had been rushed through its set up and a few issues arose from the very first ride. Thankfully the head office and battersea branch managed to resolve this for me replacing likely damaged/faulty components grátis although a bit of a wait for parts to arrive. They updated me during a number of phone calls and wet every accommodating as I had to reschedule my initial drop off due to work commitments. They were friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to care about my experience. A true testament to a company is how they handle unexpected issues and in this respect Emma, Sheng and their Battersea branch and main customer service helped me resolve a rather unpleasant first ebike experience and if sorted moving forwards I'm sure they will have earned a loyal customer (who tends to spend too much on biking according to their other half!). Only thing I'd say is Battersea branch is a pig of a drive from Kent but the parking in nearby Simpson street was easy to find a spot in and close enough to load and unload a large ebike!

Friendly staff with very prompt responses, making the whole purchasing process easy and pleasant. Would recommend.

After a service they did not put brakes back together properly causing screeching and rubbing when pull front brakes.
They lost my manual after service and than the woman Emma tried to charge me for a charger that was covered by a warranty and I know this because she said she would check warranty but still tried charge me. Apparently instead of offering to refund money for failed work or refund money for repair being done elsewhere emma will start an arguement and tell you you not welcome.

If you want a good shop for service in battersea or get your ebike sent and assembled than send to Clapham cycle as they will actually fix your bike and not cause issue and lie to you about money.
If I buy another electric bike I defo will not use them again they are a complete disgrace to the cycling buisness.
This was one of many issues so avoid avoid avoid as very overpriced as well

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Really knowledgeable staff ready to help, nothing too much trouble, straightforward purchase of 2 bikes( 1 on Ride2work)
Only downside was an admin fee for using cycle solutions scheme but overall experience 5*

Good shop with multiple options all under one roof. Good and friendly staff.

The wheel on my pram was bust. A problem as the pram is essential for transporting our two toddlers. I went into The Electric Bike Shop. Hoping against hope. Prams not being in their wheelhouse (sorry). Sheng coudn't have been more helpful. Hey presto, a functioning wheel within minutes. No charge. What a man. What a store.
