Ist class advice and service from the guys at the Electric bike shop. Initially through Simon Alexander in customer service, and subsequently through Richard and Tiren during handover of my Cube Stereo ONE 77 at the Bristol branch. Excellent set-up advice, pitched at the right level, nice guys to deal with.

The staff at the Bristol shop have been excellent during the whole process of buying my new bike, especially Tiren who took the time to make sure the bike I bought was the right one for me. I was super impressed with his knowledge of all the products available and his understanding of what I needed.

I have collected my new Cube Touring Hybrid one ebike from Bristol today. It was great to have a test ride on a similar bike. The bike feels powerful and smooth on Bristol's many hills! I really appreciated the excellent service in the store and the time that was taken in adjusting the bike for me, as well as a really detailed explanation of all the features.

The only reason there are 5 stars is because its a good selection of bikes to purchase but the after service is appalling - really expensive compared to a local independent shop, they wont let you bring your bike in until your exact appointment time, you order and theres no communication, items lost and really rude people working in the Bristol branch, the manager is absolutely shocking! Clearly doesnt wont to be there and cant handle the day to day running well at all - out of his depth! Richard is a nice guy but is not capable of running the shop and so its wasted due to the bad management and leadership…

I found a much better place, such pleasant and friendly people - I will never go back - find a local independent place - there are loads and you will save lots of money and be treated humanely!

I went to Bristol Electric Bike shop to just look at what sort of electric bikes were on offer.
I spoke to Gabriel who was knowledgeable, helpful and really listened to what I would like and for what purpose. He translated all technical information so that I understood what was important.

Gabriel showed me a couple of bikes and immediately I knew that I really wanted the green one in particular! We arranged a test ride.

Today I have been in and met with Rich, yet again I found him to be professional, interested in me as a customer and in what I thought were my requirements.

Rich facilitated a test ride on the preferred green Cube, which was great fun, and then spent quite a time ensuring that I understood what I needed to about my new bike.
I never felt rushed, which I liked, and was strongly of the impression that both Rich and Gabriel have a passion for all things cycling and want others to experience that too. Thanks to both.

Richard and Tiren provided the best welcome and most helpful assistance in the selection of my new e-mtb that I, or I would imagine, anyone could wish for. Their approach and advice throughout has been so refreshing to find these days and is very much appreciated; their success is richly deserved.

From the first interaction with Tiren this has been for me a really good experience. I am not up to date with E-Bikes so the advice he gave me, not only gave me confidence but I got the bike I had in mind. It is always a pleasure when a retailer takes the trouble to understand our needs. My husband and I were looking to upgrade our electric bikes. We wanted more range, the ability to climb steep hills and comfort. Their manager, Tiren, measured us for the right size cycles and then allowed us (after passing a few security checks)to test ride different brands close the Bristol shop. We were sold what we needed rather than what a shop wanted to sell us.

Great experience buying a bike today - all the staff have been fantastic throughout the whole process, even though I knew nothing and was getting a lot of contradictory advice from family/internet about best bike to select. Thankfully, I now have a gorgeous bike that I was able to test ride with no obligation to purchase. Staff were full of useful tips and will definitely be returning for servicing/extra bits as and when I need them. Couldn’t recommend more!!

We bought an electric bike and the guys were great! The bike got stolen, so we bought another! And the guys were brilliant again! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Friendly ( did I say that already? ) definitely would recommend. Thanks guys. 👍

Very happy I found these guys! They are knowledgable and experienced with great customer service. Finished my repair ahead of schedule for a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them for new bike sales or repairs and servicing.
