Absolutely incredible experience with Nulife Pharmacy. I made the switch recently to look at the maintenance stage, and Nulife had the best most consistent prices.

Initially consultation was smooth, spoke to a lovely pharmacist on the phone who requested a couple of pictures and a video and my order was quickly approved. I love the fact you can chose the delivery date, easing concerns of it being out of the fridge for too long.

Customer service is top notch, I needed an order quickly approved before holiday, I simply gave them a call and Lauren ensured it was all sorted within the hour.
Can’t fault this pharmacy, they make everything so easy, will be staying with them for my maintenance journey

Nulife pharmacy makes it easy to order online, had a video consultation and a telephone consultation with the pharmacist. Was lovely to speak to. Got package delivered within 2 days of ordering. The weight loss medication came with a nice print out weight loss tracker, tape measure to measure your body and some cute magnets to attach the instructions and weight loss chart to the fridge. Great pharmacy for weightloss as it has really good prices. Had a couple issues with delivery but they have always been super helpful in rectifying any issues. (More of an issue from the delivery company than Nulife).

I've been ordering from Nulife for a while now, consultations always get quickly approved and medication delivered quickly. Also one of the cheapest I've come across.

Amazing Trustworthy Experience - I've been with NuLife for over 6 months now. My experience with them has been great right from the beginning - from speaking with the advisor and pharmacist; wanting to ensure it was the right choice for me and my circumstances and even discussed my current health issues to ensure it was safe. I recently needed to ask a question - i emailed them and got a reply back the same day! Definitely would recommend NuLife Pharmacy to anyone!

Application process was thorough, but I felt they had my my wellbeing at heart and that it was important I was receiving the right treatment for me. I have received calls to check on my progress and discuss how I'm feeling, so it felt like there was genuine care for me as an individual and that support was available if needed. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Moving from a more expensive supplier I found the onboarding easy and I liked that I could select a delivery day (previous supplier always dispatched for the weekend giving me concerns for the refrigerated packaging).
However, Royal Mail delivered a day early - when there was no-one home.

I’m a few orders in and very happy overall. My most recent order had a delay. Whilst this is not ideal it can happen. What has been good to see is that the communication was proactive and timely. Options were outlined well. When I had further questions they were responsive and called me. This is where other providers have let me down in the past.
