I simply cannot recommend David Beagrie more highly. He acted as my conveyancing solicitor for a property I brought at auction—something which is often full of pitfulls and in which the buyer generally has very little agency. He was extremely responsive (more so than any solicitor I have ever worked with), went out of his way to explain things and was very communicative throughout. He dealt with some tricky procedural problems smartly and smoothly, and probably saved me more money and time than I was charged in legal fees. A exceptional lawyer for anyone buying in Scotland.
