On the plus side we’re very happy with the tiles themselves, they look great and appear to be of good quality.

The customer service is efficient and quick to reply and action things, so that’s good too.

The downside though is the appalling rate of breakage on deliveries and the refusal to offer a full refund.

The first order that we placed wasn’t delivered when expected, it was a day late, and then when it finally arrived the tiles were all smashed to pieces. The company did redeliver the next day so all good in the end.

We then ordered 4 more of the tiles a couple of weeks later. This time 2 out of the 4 tiles were broken. As it turned out we could make do with 2, but the company would only refund us for 1 broken tile (50%)! It seems petty on their part and left a sour taste considering we’d spent so much money with them and the problems were their fault.

Really good service, great tiles at a great price. I made a mistake on the delivery date and phoned them up and they sorted it immediately. I would use again. Love my Carrera marble tiles and bathroom looks great!

Scott helped me with a replacement delivery and it was super simple.

A small order of tiles were delivered in good time, but badly packed and a few were broken, however, on completing an on-line form with photos, replacement tiles were quickly dispatched.

The staff were very helpful and tried very hard to help me when there was issue with delaying getting the tiles that I needed. Unfortunately because of the delay I had to ask for refund which I received within a wet. Thankyou very much.

Tiles came broken, very bad quality, were braking down while trying to lie them and getting split even after they are on the floor. Do not recommend, waste of money!

From using the easy to navigate website to outstanding customer service. After my order was received Rabia Idrees made contact by email. I had mentioned difficulty in parking and not sure if someone would be home. She suggested moving the date but by then I had enlisted the help of my brother in law. She confirmed each step and the emails weren't standard one liners but a lovely email that made a difference. So happy I chose Tile Mountain and will return to order more items for the bathroom. Thank you very pleased customer and Rabia has been outstanding
