Have spent a lot of money with this…
Have spent a lot of money with this company and previously ok but they have informed me they have started to use CGI images on their website. This has caused a major expensive issue as a large amount of beige paving ordered to match the edging and house is actually grey . When contacted they said it was grey but they label it as beige and the images are not always close as are cgi and not real photos. I would recommend going to a supplier that uses real photos or visit in person.

My order came and the tiles were completely different they were supposed to be white marble and came yellow the delivery drive was totally rude saying it was my order which clearly wasn't would not advise going with tiles or flooring from this company how ever the girls in office very lovely

Excellent customer service
I messed up my order late on Saturday and emailed to change it. Scott got back to me on Sunday and then again on Bank Holiday Monday to sort out delivery and refund issues. He dealt with everything very quickly and professionally. My order will be arriving on Wednesday thanks to his excellent service. Thanks so much!
