In store was a good experience, however an after call made to tell me tile prices were going up was made by a man saying (even though I had said I was in a work meeting), “telling you your tile price is going up so you better act fast Fam, before en it”.
Didn’t feel the most professional when I was considering by over a thousand pounds worth of tiles from you.

In store was very good and asked repeatedly if help was needed.

I ordered tiles from Tile Mountain on 2nd August with an estimated delivery date of 5th August. They didn’t bother delivering until 11th August — and when they finally arrived, 16 out of the 45 tiles were chipped, cracked or damaged. Not one or two — sixteen.

From that moment on, Tile Mountain made everything as difficult and time‑consuming as possible. They insisted on photographs of every damaged tile, which meant individually inspecting and photographing heavy 28kg tiles one by one. Despite wasting my time and causing significant inconvenience, they showed no urgency, no ownership, and no respect for the customer.

I had to issue a Letter Before Action just to get the faulty goods collected, which eventually happened on 28th August. Even then, they ignored the legally mandated 14‑day refund window, which expired on 3rd September. Today is 7th September, and only after yet another chase email did they finally process the refund.

To make matters worse, Tile Mountain has completely ignored every request for goodwill compensation, despite the delays, the contradictory information, the wasted time, and the unreasonable burden placed on me to document their defective products.

This company has caused unnecessary stress, wasted a huge amount of my time, and demonstrated a total lack of accountability. I will never use them again, and I strongly recommend others steer well clear.

Helpful staff who leave you in peace to wander round the showroom. Well displayed tiles and lots of choice. Good value for money and delivered quickly and on time.

Sicily furniture - lovely quality and looks fabulous with the bras and oak. I was disappointed that they delivered to the wrong address. I also asked for discount as I was purchasing a few items. They gave me £23 on a purchase of over £800. A couple of days later my cabinet was showing 20% off a saving of £135.

I purchased tiles from Tilemountain twice & have been very satisfied with the quality of tiles. Had small issue with the small damage to some tiles and the customer service was very prompt in the response as well as sending the replacement tiles ASAP after taking the bare minimum details.
I would be happy to recommend it to anyone.
