I find always everyrhing what i need

Disgusting customer service
I am a trade customer who has purchased items from Toolstation nearly every day since they started trading
I recently bought a tarpaulin from them to temporarily cover a new flat roof while I was waiting for it to be felted etc
That night there was a light rainfall +to my horror i discovered that the tarpaulin was full of small holes that were letting the water drip through into the room below causing severe damage
They are sellling unfit for purpose cheap quality goods
I contacted their customer services +got a very offhand reply that didn't even offer me a refund

Satisfied with my order! The delivery was fast, and the quality of the materials speaks for itself. Zwaluw products are reliable, easy to work with, and deliver excellent results. The masking tape with PE film is also very practical for renovation work. Everything was exactly what I needed for my home improvement projects. I would definitely order again and highly recommend these products!

Item late, promised 2 day delivery, item late, ive suffered consequential losses, wont offer me anything to cover this. Their terms say they don't do this for items outside their control, thats fine, however, their choice in courier and supplier is in their control. The law is clear on the consumer rights act, they are choosing to block my statutory rights. Steer clear.

Total con. They advertise 10% discount on your first app order. But if you cancel it and try to change it they remove the discount. Contacted customer services via the useless chat bot. They don't give you a chance to type. They just keep closing the chat before you have typed a reply. Customer service is non existent. Ill stick with Screwfix.

Friendly Quick staff, great price quality and a system that works

Excellent service of person at the counter. Took time to show me options on what I bought which I think was good, and advised me on other tools I want to buy later. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

The service at Toolstation is good. The products are good and returning things is very easy.

Last week I was delivered a wrong item by Fast track ( Toolstation ) ( was deiveeed toothbrush charger instead of shaver light )
Sent them email asking for assistance - no reply
Trying to get hold of via Chat us - but still wasn’t connected to any adviser ( Chat bot is useless )
Phone call - I was placed 12th in the queue this morning and call failing for last few attempts - just wondering whether this is done intentionally so customers can not sort out any issues with Toolstation ?!
Really disappointed.
