Ordered some fittings over a week ago…

Ordered some fittings over a week ago, I had an email confirmation of my order but since I’ve not had any email to say dispatched or any attempt of delivery I’ve tried contacting the company via the number on their website and the email on their website… no answer via the phone nor the emails I’ve sent. I’ve also tried using the online live chat on the website but there’s not been any help. Going to have to contact bank to see if they can recover the money! AVOID AT ALL COST IGNORE THE GOOD REVIEWS

The process was straight forward.

The process was straight forward to make the order. Will now have to wait and see if delivery is on time.

And the X100 kit did arrive in good time today being 17 June.

Great Service

I bought an actuator valve which initially didn't work and Nick went to great lengths to help me, even to the point of printing a spacer to increase the stroke of the valve.
He really took responsibility for the problem - a rare thing these days, and one which should be valued!
