It was great to see Jeff again today. Our plants were certainly in need of his expert care and attention, and it was clear they benefited greatly from his visit. It's always reassuring to know that the work has been carried out so thoroughly and to such a high standard.

We are very lucky to have Dan service our plants at our corporate office in Manchester - he is so great to work with. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to share his knowledge when asked. He is also a great problem solver and quick to offer solutions where he sees an issue, or just gets on with things and resolves things I hadn't even noticed. The care he provides to our plants is exceptional but he is also just a lovely person to work with - it makes Urban Planters such an easy vendor to work with, I couldn't speak more highly of them.

Craig Gibson is always so friendly & helpful when he visit's the office offering advise & answers any questions I may have. He's really hard working and takes care in what he's doing as well as cleaning up after himself. Excellent customer service - thank you Urban Planters

Susan visits our Glasgow office four-weekly and her service is always 10/10. She’s professional, reliable and consistently keeps everything looking amazing. The quality of the plants and overall service is fabulous and I highly recommend.

Always friendly when they arrive on site. Fantastic results, would reccomend to anybody!

Tibor is so pleasant and helpful on each visit, noting is too much trouble, whether it is waiting for the meeting room to be empty so he can tend to the plants or advising on postioning.

I first met Claire Birch when she started looking after the living plants at Canal Road. She's great to have around on site with her warm and friendly manner while providing the excellent service.

The lady that comes is professional and polite. She is always cheerful which is a bonus too.

Karen is brilliant at taken care of our plants. She does her job thoroughly and takes her time to make sure the many plants in our workplace look wonderful and well taken care of.

Susan Gibbs is very friendly and goes about her job quietly and informs us of any issues. Always a great service at Christmas time as well when it comes to putting up Christmas trees and taking them down early into the new year.

Duncan our plant expert from Urban planters shows utmost care and respect whenever he attends site to service and maintain our indoor plants.

Jared Linzell visited our hotel today to inspect and work on our plant systems, and he was absolutely amazing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that we were in great hands. His attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. We truly appreciated his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and skilled.

The plants are gorgeous, the office line (Holli) is always very responsive and helpful, good systems in place for attendance and reports etc.

Shoutout to Jared our main attendee - he is reliable, friendly, and you can tell he has a real care/knowledge for what he does!

Jared provides an outstanding service. He visits our London office fortnightly to maintain our plants and consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and genuine pride in his work.
Our plants are always healthy and well cared for, and the green / living wall in our reception showcase area looks exceptional. His work makes a noticeable contribution to the overall workplace atmosphere and creates a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

You do what you say you will do. Susan turns up when due, carries on with checking the plants in the office with little disruption or fuss to colleagues. Plants are never dry or in poor condition, susan does a great job and is always professional.

Their interior and exterior plant maintenance are brilliant and reasonably priced. They have a wide range of Christmas tree and decorations for festive season. And our technician Craig Gibson is great at what he does.

Staff are friendly and helpful and also explain what works have been completed.
