We bought our wedding rings from Vanbruun and Elisabeth was beyond sweet and helpful and gave us exactly what we were looking for plus a very nice experience.

We booked a consultation to explore engagement ring options and it was amazing. Our advisor Aleksandra was very welcoming and showed us all the possible options and we booked another time to pick the final one. We took all the time we needed and got to customise the perfect ring in the end. There was no pressure just great support. The amount of customisation is also very impressive.

I think it’s really great service being offered to borrow mock up rings in case your own rings do not get delivered before they are needed at your wedding.

I can only recommended others to book their session for consultation when picking out their wedding bands.

We were welcomed in a very nice showroom in Copenhagen to perform a ring exchange. Camille was very friendly and knowledgeable around what we needed. Level service was higher than expected. My deadline service was not met due to transport carrier misplacing the package. She was able to refund this fee. Again, level of service should be reason you visit here.

I bought my fiancée's engagement ring from Vanbruun, and the customer service was fantastic, so naturally I decided to get our wedding bands there as well. William, our sales associate, was super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He even guided me on returning my fiancée's engagement ring for resizing, which I really appreciated. Even though we had browsed through the rings on their website beforehand, there were still a ton of options to look at in person. William was also really helpful in selecting the metal for our rings, as well as giving guidance on the weight of the stones we wanted. My fiancée and I were thoroughly pleased with Vanbruun's service.

Last autumn, my fiancée and I visited the VB showroom in Copenhagen to choose an engagement ring together. On that day, we were assisted by Amanda – and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amanda took plenty of time for us, guiding us through all the different ring models and the matching diamonds with great care and warmth. Together, we explored and customized several combinations. Afterwards, Amanda sent us the personalized selections via email, allowing us to review them at our own pace.
