Pleasant Experience
The experience that I had in Vanos Store was highly satisfying and pleasant because I could find wide varieties of bags, card holders , clutches of different brand and design which is up to my expectation. Still waiting for a refund
Zero stars. Bought a backpack from this store in Groningen and returned it the next day. Rather than refund it to the card it was purchased with i had to fill out a form and they said i would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Still waiting 3 weeks later. Complete theft.

Great service! The very kind girl in the shop surched very patiënt for my receipt. She couldn't find it and called me later at home that she had found it! My bag was send in for repair and I recieved a totally new bag! Thats real customerservice! Compliments for Van Os Tassen en Koffers. If you want quality, go there!
