I love ordering from vista print because everything always looks so professional and the quality is great. I had an issue with one of my orders so I reached out via their chat option.
Mediea G not only resolved my issue but she offered an option to get my product to me as fast as possible. She also personalized the connection- which is incredibly hard to do through chat. But I left feeling really good about my interaction with her.

Their software is hands down the best and easiest software to use for making photo books. Their shuffle button to arrange photos on a page, does not crop photos or try putting horizontal pictures into vertical spots. It is amazing! Also their customer service always goes above and beyond! I appreciate their help each time I reach out!

I have already left a one star review. I was going to change this rating after I got my product, BUT for the second time I did not get it. I waited almost 3 weeks and all I got was that they were having courier issues and that I would have to wait longer. I just canceled my order. I know I am just a small business and do not spend a lot on advertisings so my little $200 or so dollars doesn't mean to much to a big company like vista print. From now on I will just shop local that way if there is an issue I might be able to get some actual costumer servie.

I had placed an order for business cards, but received a last minute edit request by my client. I thought I was going to have to cancel the order and get a refund, upload the new artwork, and reorder...but Anna helped me as a one-time courtesy to upload my edited artwork instead of canceling the order. I had an issue with the bag size I originally ordered for my children’s books, and VistaPrint’s customer service was extremely helpful. Jackielyn took the time to understand what I needed, explained the best replacement size, helped improve the design for better visibility, and even suggested adding a QR code to make the bags more useful for my customers. I really appreciated how patient, kind, and professional she was throughout the process. This made a stressful situation much easier, especially as I prepare for an upcoming book event.

First they screwed up my address even though i triple checked it. Then when they emailed me the confirmation. The address was wrong. So they made me pay an extra $30 to switch the address again to fix THEIR mistake. Then the products arrived and were damaged. They said they were sending replacements. And AGAIN sent them to the wrong address. So i called this time and explained my issue and the stupid customer service rep hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE
