Only used the Used Car Section but overall a friendly experience and the staff always know their stuff. Found a used car right away and a quote to part ex my old car within 15 mins.
Finance through Black Horse was excellent with no problems at all.

Excellent service as ever from Vospers. Many thanks to Paul Jones for his assistance and patience during the purchase of my new car. I made a few changes to the order along the way and Paul was always helpful and I never felt pressured into making any decisions.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my new Ford Focus and I'm enjoying it very much. Thanks also to the used car department who bought my old car and offered a fair price.

The experience of purchasing the car, and using my old car in part exchange was easy and not in the least harrowing, both Paul Frith and the Office Manager, were polite and friendly at all times, and explained every transaction in great detail. Both my Wife and I were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Chris Horlock in the Ford department was so helpful and knowledgeable, when we came down to enquire about a motability vehicle, nothing was to much trouble.

Marc was absolutely superb, full of knowledge and could not do enough to help...His expertise with the vehicles was excellent.....Alot of Sales Consultants could do with some training from Marc as his whole positive demeanor is without doubt top rated...

I have already recommended him to friends and look forward to a test drive on Monday..
