W and P Compliance Reviews 

After months working or being a customer with the W&P, one of the few things I can comment on is their excellent service. After my friend referred them to me, I have never regretted doing business with W&P. they are always looking after my best interest and their advice in how things should be done and done right and their honesty, I could not fault them. Most Especially Keith I understand that focusing on one customer isn't easy, especially when you have many customers, but you did to help me out; I truly, appreciate it.

You are indeed an asset to W&P. Your positive encouragement and attitude have helped me continue to feel motivated. Each time I spoke to Keith, there is a senesce that W&P is the best for me; it's great doing business with Keith, and W&P. I now calls Keith “Boss Keith”. Thank you for going directly above and beyond to help me with other matters that, are not related to policies and procedures.

After months of researching different companies that sell policies and procedures, I finally bought them from W&P. I was extremely cautious about buying policies and procedures online, and I spoke to Lorna from W&P a few times before I bought them. Each time I spoke to her, I felt that W&P would be the right choice for me. I am so glad that I went with W&P!

Great support service for the care sector.
Pre-written policies and procedures are absolutely current and up to date and need only minimal insertion of company details, mostly automated.
Updates are sent out 3 monthly or as DHSC advice changes.
Also, additional help in CQC applications can be accessed for a small additional cost, an absolutely priceless service with the complexity and time needed to get it right the first time.

I have to say a huge "thank you" to everyone at W & P, in particular Keith Ralph, who wrote the policies for my company, 3 Circles Care, which was set up in 2018. We have just had our first formal inspection by CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales), and one of the things which they commented on was how good our paperwork is. Huge thanks to all of you (in particular you, Keith), and all the others who I have had dealings with over the last couple of years. I would highly recommend you; you are worth every penny (and more!)

In order to complete a Contract renewal, I had to provide copies of several Policies and Procedures. Over the last couple of years, several terminologies had changed and I required assistance from Wendy and Tim to ensure that I was including everything that was required. I purchased the Policies from W & P to which i was to download them without a week. Unfortunatley due to the nature of this industry, i saved them but forgot where or what name. Called the company and spoke to Lee who was ever so helpful. Within minutes he had sent me the link and i managed to upload them.

The team is super efficent.

I was recommended W & P by another provider as i was looking to buy policies as mine are running out of date. Made an enquiry online and one of the team members called to follow up but unfortunately i was unavailable. Returned call later and spoke to one of them most remarkable person called Margaret. The advice, guidance and knowledge she gave me for free could be worth thousands to another company. I have been trading for 3 years and did not know most of what she guided on. Definitely she is not doing this for money but as a PASSION and to make a difference in people's life. I will spreading the word to all providers i know and believe they will benefit like i have. I have been subscribed to W&P training for a number of years particularly with reference to their clinical policies and procedures. We are just getting set up with the nursing side of things and needed their assistance. Ben was knowledgeable and helpful. He even remembered to follow up on a situation a few weeks later.

Five star service as usual!

I first discovered W & P Training when I was setting up a Domiciliary care company here in Wales. W & P was the only company which I could find with a knowledge of Welsh Policies and Procedures. I used them to write my policies and to provide some support with my registration application with CIW.

This year I contacted Keith as one of our LA's is bringing in a DPS system. Prospective suppliers have to fill in a detailed online questionnaire, and questions are asked about things such as recruitment, providing services in a rural area and other matters. Keith drafted some splendid answers which were supplemented by my own local knowledge and we have been accepted to tender on this system.

I should add that Keith worked his socks off, despite being diagnosed as COVID positive and feeling very unwell.

I would not hesitate to recommend Keith and his team; it is very rare that you find a company which is willing to go the extra 10 miles for you.

We subscribe to W&P policies and procedures and have happily done so for some years.
Today, I had the privilege of talking to Margaret Ross Sands on some Business Support query.
Margaret was so fully clued up, she worked me through the query and 110% answer to my niggling query.
My only regret? Not knowing W & P from the beginning of my Care Home business 13 years ago. They are straight and highly knowledgeable.

As a Director of a Start Up agency, the workshop was very thought provoking and insightful. I realise that there is foundation work to be done in bite size chunks to enable us to one day achieve an outstanding rating when inspected. It was also very useful learning about all the policies, processes, new ways of working and what makes a seamless service. Thank you Keith for the session.

Staff were warm and friendly and made me feel like a valued customer, this was reflected in the way they spoke to me and also broke down key elements of the product we wished to purchase. I called up a few times and I always got the same responses, there was consistency in their deliverance of service and customer care.

I have called a few times since purchasing the policies we needed, as an existing customer I felt that any query I made was handled promptly and efficiently and moreover there was a sense of going over the call of duty from W&P.

During these unprecedented times i.e Covid-19 I have turned to W&P to seek advice and assistance and in my opinion they have superseded my expectations.
