We had a Mock CQC inspection with Marianne. This is the 3rd year we have used them and it's been great to have such a professional inspection completed. All three were unannounced for the RM's. Mari... See more

The best decision we made was changing to W & P's policies and procedures. Well written, easy to use and very professional customer service to back it all up.

Excellent customer services from the point of enquiry, Lisa was really informative and helpful in ensuring all of our queries were addressed. The service provided was responsive and efficient. Well written policies for the sector, great value for money.
Having decided to launch a domiciliary care company in Wales I spent many hours searching the web for a company which could provide advice, training, and assistance with polices and procedures compliant with CIW guidelines. There are plenty of Companies who are conversant with CQC and English policies; however, it was only W & P who were conversant with the Welsh guidelines.
I contacted Keith to enquire about the cost of such services. I was impressed by the speed of his response, and also by the fact that I wasn't subjected to a "hard sell". It took me a few weeks to make up my mind to proceed as I was also searching for a company to provide all the marketing material and website design. However, I am glad that I decided to use W & P for the compliance side of things.
Keith has been invaluable in terms of support; he read through my draft Statement of Purpose and suggested changes where he felt they were necessary. He also carried out some research himself to ensure that his suggested changes embraced the most recent legislation. This took him longer than the amount of business support which I had paid for; however, he very kindly did not charge any extra as he viewed this in part as a useful exercise for himself.
I would not hesitate to recommend W & P. It is my intention to use them as external training providers going forward, and I look forward to cementing the relationship which we have already started to build.
