Massive thank you to Lorna for getting me through the CQC registration process, not only was she very knowledgeable and helpful but she was there when I needed to rant. I can’t thank her enough for helping me with this process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I recently worked with W&P for policies and procedures for my care at-home/ housing support services (Domiciliary) organisation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Have been with W&P for a few years, I had misplaced some policies and needed them fast as I had a CQC Inspection. They sent them straight over to me. CQC loved the policies. a great service.

W&P Training staffs were very honest, and supportive and the information given was comprehensive, the staffs were knowledgeable, and they quickly responded to any queries. I had experience with their webinar and make a purchase from them. I will continually ask for their support. they also send a lot of information relevant to the purchased item to enhance the knowledge and update any information promptly. As an example, I bought a data protection policy on December 22 and got an update straight away after the policy was updated.

I contacted W&P training regarding information relating to policies and procedures. After talking to a number of staff, who I can only describe as extremely helpful and professional I spoke to Keith.
