We had a home measure appointment with J Nicholls, he was really kind and knowledgeable, talked us through the whole process and it was a pleasure to welcome him into our home.

Leon was brilliant! Had a great chat with him when he was measuring and he was very knowledgeable and kind. Wren so far have been great. John the designer is an asset to the business and has done a really nice design for my space. Couldn't be any happier!

My delivery service was prompt. The drivers kept in contact at all times.
Drivers were very friendly, clean and tidy. Secured my front door from any digs or dents and sheeted out where boxes were to be left. Overall a very pleasurable experience.

The guys Dan & Ben were polite, efficient and managed to get all the consignment into the house without damaging anything.

After ordering our kitchen and reading other customers experiences I must admit to being apprehensive.
However, we have had an ex ellent experience.
All units were delivered undamaged. When we found we had received too much coving and kick board we were immediately refunded the overcharge and did not have to return the excess items.
We recently experienced a problem with the tap. It has been fitted for 9 months. I cannot fault the customer service we received with this problem. We have been sent a replacement tap.
At every stage we have been kept well I formed if progress. Wren had to liaise with the tap manufacturer to arrange replacement hence the updates
I would happily recommend Wren kitchens

Gary Newbury was very friendly and professional. He called ahead of the appointment to confirm the time. Gary provided helpful advice on a couple of questions I had on the kitchen.

The quality of the Wren kitchen is great, the units are very sturdy and the joiner found the majority easy to fit. I did have an issue during its installation and had to get in touch with Wren customer services. The agent I spoke to, Noah, was initially unable to resolve my immediate issue because of the company policies, however she did all she could and did ultimately resolve my issue in its entirety. Noah kept in touch with me and always called me back and emailed as promised. A valuable member of staff but unhelpful company policies.

Richard was brilliant with his assistance and closing out my query. Was resolved swiftly.

From design to delivery the staff involved were always helpful and happy to advise. I was kept in the loop at every stage and knew what and when to expect things to happen. The delivery drivers were open to questions and very jolly. They took care when delivering and also said they had noticed a part that looked damaged. They took photos and told me how to report this, very helpful. I also got a large plan documenting how to install. Emails and links were also sent later that day. I would recommend Wren to anyone looking to renew their kitchen. The bedroom is next!

Michael was very professional, texted in advance to advise on arrival time for my kitchen measurements and completed the job within the advised timeframe. An all round great experience. Thank you!

Excellent customer service from Lexi and Joseph
I would like to thank Lexi and Joseph for their excellent customer service in helping us resolve the issues with some missing and incorrect parts of our kitchen.
Lexi was very helpful in arranging the replacement items and providing clear information about the delivery. I also spoke with Joseph, who was extremely patient and helpful. He took the time to check the details carefully and even sent me a picture to confirm that the replacement Moss Green reeded panels were exactly what we needed for our kitchen island.
Both Lexi and Joseph were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. Their support gave us confidence that the issues are now being properly resolved.
Thank you both for your great service — it is very much appreciated!

Awesome experience with Wren. L Barrington was the man who was on point for doing our measurement today. He contacted us before he arrived to explain that he was on the way and gave us a rough ETA from his previous job. This worked great as we were able to ensure both the kids were entertained and the dog was put away in readiness for his arrival. He was really informative during his visit explaining the importance of the different measurements he took and how they would feed into the design process. Friendly and helpful customer service all the way through.
