Some good, some bad !!
Salesman at Cribbs Bristol (Joel) was excellent and helpful in all respects
Delivery from warehouse was not good with 8 items delivered in wrong colour. When replacements were sent one item was still not on the delivery vehicle.
Customer service - again mixed. Initial discussions re wrong items originally not at all helpful but eventually managed to speak to Karl P who went out of his way to get all of the problems resolved in an efficient manner
There was a slight discrepancy on my initial order and I called customer service to report it. Ade managed to sort out the problem in a matter of minutes, with no hesitation. Ade has fantastic customer service skills and a great attitude. Thank you!

We chose Wren because we expected a premium product and service. Unfortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite.
Our wardrobe was delivered on 25 June 2026 and what should have been a straightforward installation turned into weeks of delays and constant problems.
We received missing wardrobe feet, a missing clothes rail, incorrect wardrobe frames that meant the drawers couldn't even open, and filler panels that didn't fit. We also discovered that the end panels supplied were unsuitable, requiring yet another replacement order before the wardrobe could finally be completed.
Every time one issue was resolved, another appeared. We spent weeks contacting Customer Services, waiting for replacement parts and repeatedly putting our home renovation on hold. Our bedroom couldn't be finished, and we ended up sleeping in our office for far longer than planned because the wardrobe remained incomplete.
To Wren's credit, replacement parts were eventually supplied and we received a £468.90 refund for the incorrect drawer configuration. However, this addressed one design issue rather than the months of disruption caused by the repeated mistakes. We were also left to dispose of incorrect parts ourselves after being told they would not be collected, this was at least 12+ boxes, what a waste to the environment
What disappointed us most was Wren's handling of our complaint. Although they acknowledged the disruption and apologised, they refused to offer any further goodwill. In one of their responses they stated that it "wouldn't be fair for us to try and measure your experience as a monetary value." As customers, we found this particularly disappointing. When you've spent around £2,500 on what is marketed as a premium product, endured weeks of delays, repeated errors and significant disruption to your home, it's difficult to understand why the impact on the customer isn't considered worthy of meaningful recognition.
Earlier this year we assembled a £600 IKEA wardrobe in a single weekend without any issues. In contrast, our significantly more expensive Wren wardrobe has involved repeated faults, replacement parts, design errors and a lengthy complaints process that ultimately left us feeling that our experience simply wasn't valued.
Sadly, we cannot recommend Wren for fitted bedroom furniture based on our experience. We expected premium quality and service, but instead received months of inconvenience and a final response that left us feeling unheard.
Very pleasant man who was very efficient and took multiple measurements and photos. He asked relevant questions and was very knowledgable. A very useful visit.

I ordered a bedroom to be supplied and fitted. After messing up delivery their fitter could only partially fit the wardrobe and now over a month later and several calls I cannot get them to confirm final fitting. Absolutely not good enough. Pay the bit extra and use one of the more professional firms.

Roy Barkley
Roy was friendly, efficient and arrived on time. I had nothing to do but tell him what I wanted to keep in my kitchen and bedroom and he did the rest.

I can only assume that the 5 star reviews are from customers that haven't encountered difficulties in their installation. My wardrobe fitting has been so problematic that I cancelled my kitchen order - if they can't get a fitted wardrobe of 3 units completed in 3 months I had no confidence in a complete kitchen re-fit. My issue is not with the designer or the 3 [ yes 3 installers on 3 separate occasions] but with Wren's customer installation team. A lack of quality assurance has meant I've received damaged doors and end panel - both original and replacements. Their inability to actually speak to me as a customer has resulted in the exchange of more than a dozen emails [ and the case worker assigned to improve my customer experience is conspicuous by her absence]. I have now been told my further replacement will be delivered 11th August but installation is not being arranged. Again no explanation forthcoming from Wren. When things go wrong... they go really wrong!

Had R Barkley around for measuring our kitchen. Arrived on time. Worked away quietly, I didn’t even know he was there at times. Great service.
