I would give no star if I could.

I would give no star if I could.
Don't believe their fancy advertising.
As everyone says below-they take your money and trap you in.
Designer came to measure,we went through all things. First of all they could not do what I imagined-drawers in wardrobe was a no. Only gave 2 colour choices.told me it will take up to 4 weeks : ended up with over 8 weeks.
Told us to prep/cut (by measures given from designer)carpet, sockets will be moved by fitter.empty room.we did all of that and guess what? Fitter came in bad mood looked at room and said are we changing carpet that we have cut it? Gave me quote of 200£ for socket moving because he was not aware of it and cannot be done on same day. And best part! Wardrobe does not fit. Measured wrong. I had a fight for over a month(bear in mind I had no bedroom nor bed to sleep in) and customer service was horrendous. They were pushing for me to agree on smaller sizes etc and did not listen that I did not want it as they ignored situation for over a week after fitter visit.carpet-ruined,walls drawn on by fitter. At the end-they bluntly came and collected all boxes they gave refund and closed in cold manner the case. Customer service just copied pasted emails every week until I reported them to Ombudsman.
Now when I see their shop or trucks on the road it makes me feel sick from all distress they put me through!
Please avoid them! They are bullshit! Go for hammonds! More choices/100% better customer service and they can do anything I wanted.and guess what? I paid the exact same money.
Avoid big time Wren as Luke,David, and everyone else in customer service and shop managers are ignorant! And Nicola who bluntly closed case with ignorance and dismissed my request for compensation for carpet, distress and walls. Now we need to do full refurb in bedroom! Carpet was brand new. They closed the case but on my side to be continued! I asked them only small compensation so I can change carpet and paint walls now I will take them in full max I can get!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs. There are better organisations that will help you meet your needs. When delivery, installation, communication failed the customer helpline was dreadful.

Great service

Great service, knowledgeable staff, had very good experience from the beginning to the end. We had surveyor S Naziri who was very accurate, asked relevant questions, provided detailed plan of measurement and rectified the discrepancy found during the first surveyor appointment.

WREN Utility measure - Andy Moss

Andy Moss arrived today for a measure from Wren!
He was absolutely brilliant — really informative, incredibly helpful, and such a genuinely lovely guy. He made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable, explaining everything clearly and taking the time to make sure I understood each step. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

kitchen cabinets and white goods…

kitchen cabinets and white goods supplied were good, design and delivery of materials fine.
Fitting was the bugbear.
2 weeks before fitting we were visited by someone to check if preliminary work had to be done. he then gave us a quote of c@400 for any replastering, replacement of a short piece of skirting board, cutting off a water connection for an American style fridge freezer(no longer needed) and minor electrical work that included points for a range cooker and for a stove extracor fan - cabling was already in place- fitting a new plug point for fridge freezers and removal of surplus plug points. The cost of these items was £1200 - part of the £2400 for preliminary work. With 2 weeks to go we had little opyion but to consent to what seemed and still seems an exorbitant charge. i should add that we are both in our 80's and less able at short notice to deal with theese essential preliminaries.. The electrician,by the way earned his £1200 in less than 3 hours.
It came as a bit of a shock to discover that the man who charged us (bill paid directly to him NOT tp Wren would turn out to be the official Wren fitter!
After less than3 days the work was done
but our own tiler and electrician had to put right the cooker and extractor fan fitting and the skirting board replacement.Only this week one of our sons spent some time adjusting the door alignments on some of the cabinets!
Would I recommend Wren to other people? Not likely - although they did refund the cost of the splashback for the cooker that their fitter could not use because of?????

Too long waiting on Customer Services

I waited for 40 minutes to get through to Customer Services, even though I had already logged a message online with Wren that I’m still waiting a response from. It’s such a shame that it’s so difficult to get through to Customer Services because once through, Nicola couldn’t have been more helpful, she knew exactly what to do to resolve the problem and made everything so easy. You need more Nicolas so that pick-up time on calls is quicker and maybe make the telephone number more accessible- not everyone has access to emails.

Today I contacted Wren customer service…

Today I contacted Wren customer service regarding my kitchen unit which developed some issues. I was helped by Carla Mihaela. She was very helpful, professional and understanding. She has done a great job resolving the issues. Wren’s after sales services is excellent and I will be recommending friends and family to buy from Wren in the foreseeable future.

Very Accommodating

Mike Mccarthy was extremely accommodating. I was unable to get back for the 12pm appointment so Mike moved some things around to fit me in later the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable too.

Lost parcel

We were due to have two replacement doors delivered by Yodel. One was delivered, the other Yodel did not deliver and now cannot find...yet. Customer services at Wren were very helpful, and hopefully it will be rectified.
