A Hadnum came to measure out kitchen. Came on time and very polite. No complaints

Paul was great, arrived on time and talked me through the whole process.

Grant Bowman arrived on time, was very polite and professional and even offered to remove his shoes before entering our property. He carried out the survey with consideration, our bedroom being left in the same condition as when he arrived. We are 100% satisfied with the service provided by Grant.

I purchased my new Kitchen from Wren o 21st August and arranged a delivery date for the 9th September 2026. On Friday 4th September my builder noticed a few issues that need to be resolved before the delivery and asked me to delay delivery by a week. I got on the phone ASAP and called Wren and explained as I do not have room to store anything. Instead I was face with unhelpful customer service men who read kept throwing the policy at me. I have explained i have a disability and said I understand the policy but can they not treat every request individually and try to meet me half we. Ben said NO they need 5 days to change the delivery date and that would have been 3rd September which was the day before,he also went on to say it would cost me £150.00 for a date change.
I did say the builder had only now told me which about 15.00pm ish ,so I came straight away and made the phone call.
I will not go on but not only was some measurements were wrong and had to go the same day to the showroom so they can reorder that cupboard. I now will not recommend Wren kitchen to anyone.
I am no longer looking forward to my new Kitchen and wish I could stop production and look elsewhere.

Very happy with our home survey carried out by Roy from Belfast Branch. He was punctual and friendly and carried out our survey efficiently and professionally and answered any questions we had.

The units are fairly good but overpriced, of course. I paid a huge amount of money for their high end units. The cutlery drawer in lay cost £20 but feels like something you would get from a £1 shop. Their recommended builders ripped me off and added 25% to their initial quote at the end without informing me at any time before this that it was going to cost more than was expected. I liked some of the builders and some of them did a good job. But I had to call wren back because the silicone was coming off only a month or 2 later. Overall I would not recommend wren. You'd be better off using a local builder and kitchen company.

Micheal was great, came in did all he needed to do in the kitchen, gave us some hints and tips and even showed us his own kitchen for an idea. Great guy, asset to the company! Thanks Michael
