Hats off to Ben and Andre, came and delivered the kitchen early morning at around 9am, they were both very professional and careful while delivering the kitchen, both the lads did a fantastic job!

Amazing customer service from Noah. Small error made when ordering, Wren kitchens sale team were amazing to pass details onto the customer care team & then customer service were just as amazing. Noah very quickly looked into the error and resolved it, thank you so much!! Really appreciate it!

The delivery team were all very helpful, efficient and polite. They explained what they were going to do and how. I couldn't pay them a higher compliment for the help and care taken to ensure that we were happy with the service.

Andrew + Lewis phoned 15minutes before arrival. They unloaded everything and took it all upstairs. Stacked with care and placed sympathetically so we can get into bed tonight !! Joiner coming tomorrow 🙂

Friendly and helpful, they listened and did as we asked when we asked them to put certain things in what place. There was a piece missing that they realised when unloading, so let us know and had already highlighted it on the system before they left. Very efficent.

Worst experience I've ever had, took over 1 year to get a refund for an absolute terrible build of a wardrobe. They caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to my home and the installation manager who has been dealing with the case for a year is ridiculous, doesn't answer calls, texts or replies to emails sometimes for months, then you have to ring customer services and wait on hold for 40 minutes for them to tell you they can't help you as you already have contact with the installations manager even though he doesn't reply, so they have to ring him and he speaks to them so obviously ignoring customers which is awful management.
I now have a bedroom which I've not been able to use for a year which has damages in the walls and ceilings, and I've been quoted £470 to be resolved and he says it's too expensive... how is that my problem when they caused the damage. Also they fitted my wardrobe to the walls with just long screws directly into plaster board with no anchors or plugs so it could have collapsed, as you can imagine the many crumbling screw holes that remain in the wall due to this are a mess and not a quick fix of just putting filler in like this installation manager advises...they also made several dents to the walls and ceilings, I mean if they are ok with this kind of work then you can tell they are absolutely crap.
They have also now deleted my account without my permission so I can't see any documents and contracts I had.
For a multi billion pound company this is shocking the way they treat customers.
Please avoid!

Amanda from Wrens customer services was amazing. Very friendly and willing to help in all ways possible to rectify the issues we had with our new kitchen. Amanda made the experience less daunting and even managed to get one of the items delivered the next day so that we could have a working kitchen sooner rather than later, despite still being unhappy with our initial post delivery/fitting experience Amanda has restored our faith Thank you Amanda

I was very pleased with Jordan’s service, there had been a misunderstanding with my local brunch regarding a missing part of a wardrobe and he promptly solved the issue, great customer service thank you!

Amo at the Wolverhampton branch understood my needs and promptly got everything done efficiently and quickly. His knowledge and experience really helped me have confidence with my order.

Prior to this the service was not the best and I was constantly chasing them! I was even contemplating cancelling my order until I spoke to Amo who ironed out all the small details, after speaking to a few people in this branch Amo went far and beyond so deserves a raise or a bonus of some kind..

We wanted it installing on fixed dates 9-6-26 - 13-6-26
they said yes no problem.
A kitchen fitter came and said that to do all the alteration pugs, and pipe work it would be around £2000. When we asked why when the sale staff said the total cost of the kitchen £15500 for everything.
So we went back to the showroom to ask why
the sale staff had left the company. so we spoke to a manager ho said that it was in the small print of the agreement so not as was promissed
it took them from 9-6-26 - 18-6-26 not what was promised. again.
they told us that they where delivering it on the friday 5th. We wanted on the day of insatlation.
when they arrive they said where are we putting a full kitchen. i said on the deckings as there is no room in the 2bedroom house. They said they cant do that its got to go inside. i said that was not going to happen as there is no room.
they said it will have to back isaid you better cancel the all lot if thats the case and i want my deposit back.
after 2hrs they decided to put it on the decking.
i said i would cover it over with a tarpalin no problem.
dont where they think you can put a full kitchen when they where taking the old one out.
after installation there where one part miss a piece trim
a cupboard door was damaged and hing pot off the day after .
it took me after a number of phone calls and trips up to the show room to speek to the manger that they finally a
got customer service to contact me. 7 weeks
They told me if i wanted to get my own fitter to finnish the job off they would reimbursed my cost.
as they have no fitters avialable. what a joke.
i got my own fitter to come finally got a cheque not bank tranfer as i paid them for the kitchen.
it took 14 days to arrive,
i would not recomend Wren kitchen to my worst enemy
very poor service and communication
spoken with other people who experieced same problems trying to get the work finished.
so quick to take your money and promise everthing but sadly did not deliver on anything.

Roy Barkley was very friendly when he came out to measure up for our new kitchen. He talked ms through what he would do abd what the next step would be moving forward with the kitchen planning process.

The surveyor garry Pearson was extremely efficient. He arrived on time. Called to let me know he was nearby.
He was polite friendly and was able to answer any questions I had.
Having him do the measuring for the kitchen made me extremely confident in wren

Steve was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything I needed to know and made the experience a positive one.

Purchased a new kitchen for one side of the room, purchased matching cupboard fronts etc for the already old fitted kitchen so it was all matching.

The new kitchen at the right side absolutely perfect and no faults what so ever.
The other side all measured incorrectly so been sent cupboards that won’t fit. Spoken to wrens multiple times and have gotten no where. Refused refund and basically argueing about the sizes that we actually need. Customer services useless. We were also told it was our fault as we should have measured the kitchen after the designer came out and measured it. Rediculous.

Order arrived today in very good time. J Pullinger & another team member were wonderfully cheerful, very welcome when in this high stress situation.
The team were very professional, orderly, polite & courteous. Items were checked off to ensure the order complete. This team are a tribute to Wren & should be congratulated as such. I'm a very satisfied customer, thankyou.
