I have Bought and installed 3 wren kitchens in my rented houses. The reason I will always use Wren is because when you have a problem with anything ascertaining to The installation Wren are always there to help you sort out any issues, when speaking to customer care they are always very helpful and efficient. When you have a problem Like I have just recently where a tenant has damaged drawers, I was able to order new drawers and was surprised at how reasonably priced the new drawer fronts were. Also the fact that the kitchen was five years old the colour cashmere was still available so I could replace the drawer fronts quite easily. This is not always the case with other Kitchen Company’s that I have dealt with in the past. I had water ingress on some doors at another tenanted house and when going back to the company Howdens I was to find they had stopped doing the cream doors and this was only four years after I had installed the kitchen. I am a decorator builder by trade and I have also fitted three kitchens supplied by Wren for customers as I recommended them to visit the showroom. Again when an issue occurred and a couple of the kitchen installations you know you are in good hands. Are you sorted anything and everything out for me. There are not many companies out there anymore that seem to have any morals but Wren certainly do. Thank you Wren thank you for being there.

Review 1 – Showroom Experience
My experience with Wren started off very positively, especially with ----- (designer) and ---- (showroom manager), who were both very responsive and helpful before I placed the order. Unfortunately, everything changed completely once the order was confirmed.
I was clearly told that because this was a flat-pack kitchen, delivery might even be earlier than 28 June. However, instead of being early, the order was delayed by a full week. When I questioned this, I was told that delivery depends on the warehouse, which completely contradicts what I was promised at the time of sale.
More disappointing than the delay itself was the complete lack of communication and support afterwards. My calls were not answered, messages were ignored, and I had to constantly chase for updates. It genuinely felt like I was being ignored after they had secured the sale.
Even something simple like adding a splashback became a struggle—I ended up spending around 4 hours in one day just trying to get it sorted. The level of inefficiency and lack of proper support was extremely frustrating.
Overall, the service feels very misleading: excellent attention and promises before you commit, but once payment is made, the support drops significantly. Very disappointing experience.

So, mixed bag really. We have an absolutely lovely wardrobey bedroom unity thing that was fitted by a guy who was totally sound. So no issues there.
Problem being the question "So do you want to be unable to not open your window properly, or not able to open your bedroom door properly?"
Now we had, mistakenly, thought that because Wren came round and took measurements, this thing would be built to actually fit the space. Apparently not. They take your measurements, then give you the nearest pre-packed thing.
It's not a huge biggie. We love the actual unit, it's lovely, and now we've had a telly put in the middle and all that so all great.
But we can't open our window, which is annoying, and if we knew it wasn't made-to-measure, which is kind of Wren's whole USP, we'd have got one from IKEA for a quarter of the price and paid someone a couple of hundred quid to put it up.
Anyway, don't want to be too negative as we still have a kitchen to come so the last thing I need is beef with Wren. But the door/window choice was an unwelcome surprise. Lovely unit.

We had Mark R come in for measurements for our kitchen. Lovely man and was very accommodating to the inspection. Would definitely recommend having a service done from him.

Poor, want your cash and the customer service drops off a cliff. Incapable of organising a delivery or fitting with no responsibility to sort out any issues.

We had a kitchen supplied and installed by Wrens. The installation and product was very good quality. We are however very disappointed with the installation of the quartz splash back. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the company has shown little concern for customer experience or accountability.
Failure to provide a reasonable solution is not a priority. Rather than addressing the problem seriously , my concerns have been dismissed. The splash back was installed to the correct requirements but our request for an amendment was totally ignored. Hence we are left with a disappointing installation at our cost.

Wren mis-specified my extractor hood unit and failed to acknowledge their responsibilities. I had no choice but to find an alternative solution, as I had already employed a joiner to install. Requested reimbursement for my extractor hood ( which was nominal in the scheme of things ). Wren is not acknowledging my full compensation and pushing me from one customer service adviser to another in terms of delay tactics. Despite numerous requests to speak to senior management, the team will not allow me to speak to them. This appears to be a deliberate ploy against customers

I had a very disappointing experience with wren kitchens poor customer service and accountability for items that didn’t fit not fit and also electrical aspects that were overlooked on the design process. The mistakes have already cost me over £1500 and now in a dispute over an item that does not fit, while wren won’t offer to replace or refund.
I’d stay away from this company, I have paid over 30k for a kitchen that’s still not complete.

I had wren design and fit a kitchen in my small flat. unfortunately the designer did not have the knowledge or experience to come up with a design that worked for me. the consequence is that i’ve now got a pull out rack with no handle (the fitter couldn’t work out how to fit one), a washing machine plinth that prevents me from cleaning out the filter, a dishwasher plinth with an obvious gap in it, a hole behind wall cupboards and a hole showing behind a cupboard where an electric socket was removed. All these problems have been fed back to wren on more than one occasion. it’s now more than a month and nothing has been done to rectify any of this.

This is an update to my previous review which was asked to be removed by Wren and trustpilot as I named the member of staff in the store.
Wren do not like their customers to be transparent.
They expect customers to accept dishonesty, cut corners, and lack transparency as thats how they treat their customers as long as they can get away with it.
Im unsure how this company is continuing to function.
It is doesnt appear to be fit for purpose.
Something is very wrong behind the scenes!!
Behind the glossy brochures, and Tv ads, and showrooms!!
My experience has been very dissapointing, and could no longer advise, or recommend anyone to shop with trust or confidence!!
I needed to return an ex-display hob today.
Explained the issues, my gas engineer shared with me. He advised parts were missing. If I can return the hob to wren, and buy another for same price with everything needed. My worktop would be impacted if he has to continue due to the work as it is.
I contacted the wren store and advised of the issues, requesting a refund.
I was met with a load of nonsense by a particular staff member. He should NOT be working with customers!!..Rude, dismissive, disrespecful, lack of understanding, and useless. He advised me the manager of the store was not available. Further nonsense. Selective, and repetitive with no resolution. Why would I need to contact customer services on Monday, when the gas engineer is here, and I bought the hob from the shop. This is the level of incompetence you are subjected too.
Time is money. Thousands of pounds on a kitchen. Additional costs for gas and electrical fitters.
My experience has been sad and disssapointing. Given the extent of difficulties I have faced with Wren, highlighting poor customer service, Wrong kitchen colour, Wrong measurements, Ex-display hob, missing parts, with no support or offer of any compensation, for a product not 100% what I am expected to pay for.
It really is an eye opener!!
When you receive jaded and condescending communication, it is unhelpful and leaves you to doubt whether the organisation is able to deliver and maintain, an appropriate and consistent level, and standard of service to its customers.
Word of mouth reviews of Wren, from kitchen fitters, and tradesmen, customers are completely dissatified with the lack of professionalism, inconsistent, inaccurate, discrepancy, and level of service received from Wren.
I am feeling I am one of many. It is clear their standards are falling, unable to deliver, when on many occasions, their staff lack not only in their showrooms, additionally with their customer services, then pass the issue onto the customer without care, compassion, or understanding!!
Uodate: My case was passed to customer services, however they are more focused with me providing with receipts, and refunding me for parts of the hob which were missng, than the actual issue of requesting for the item to be returned at the time, and the appalling customer service I received.
Furthermore I am being told as I had not raised the issue of being sent the wrong colour kitchen before, this is now a new issue.
Their investigation did not include how I went into the store to complain to the store manager, and neither was I shown samples. My charter summary states I declined samples although I was never shown samples.
This is wren again and their lack of accountability and responsibility. Again passing the issue onto the customer and wanting to cover their tracks.
It really is baffling, the response I received today, Wren really lack the understanding around the frustation and time it takes to write distressing reviews, following a very poor experience, and lack of acknowledgement to address the issue.
Update:
Despite the anove, I would really advise customers with any worries, complaints or issues to contact Wren customer services. They were very supportive and helpful, continuing to stay in communication to help resolve the issues.
New kitchens are worth it!!

Visited by Dom T from Wren White City Manchester . He rang to tell me what time he would arrive. He was very polite and efficient. Offered to remove shoes before entering. Explained everything he was doing and who I would see in the showroom.

Following my previous feedback regarding delivery delays, the product finally arrived only to reveal incorrect measurements. Nearly spent half a day trying to contact the showroom design team for a resolution. While a team member eventually provided a path forward, the combination of delivery issues and poor communication has resulted in a very disappointing experience with Wren
