Mitchell and Toby are stars!
Mitchell and Toby couldn’t have made the delivery more smooth. They made parking issues outside our home seem like no problem, and made me feel incredibly reassured from the moment they arrived. Despite it being early in the morning they were absolute rays of sunshine and made it a nice start to the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I wish always some one help me such Laura to understand and good way to solve my problem
I would like to thank Laura for her patience in listening to my concerns and actively seeking a solution.
We agreed that she will look into why no unit was used despite having a 192 mm space available.
Laura fully understood my explanation and committed to resolving this issue. She completely agreed that if a unit can be placed there, it should be, and that your designer made a mistake.
I want to thank Laura once again for her support.

Terrible service on a kitchen
Wrens get you drawn in and encourage you to buy there kitchen.They say lay a deposit down to hold prices.So you do.Then they cant deliver the fitter.They also lie to there customer.Weeks go on and nothing happens.You get more and more fustrated with them.The after sale is rubbish.They sit on your deposit and not care.

A superb job
The two chaps did a brilliant job. The worktop really sets the whole kitchen off perfectly.
They cleaned up after and explained the care of the worksurface and were really super. Only wished we had some cash to give them a tip - they really deserved it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
The staff in the showroom are good..the product is average, and like most kitchen units, massively overpriced for what they are. Fitting was OK but a few minor issues that needing sorting.
Now we get on to Customer Service. I use the term lightly, as there is NO service. 40 mins waiting for anyone to take your call. Took weeks for them to organise the collection of the old kitchen from the driveway, and a lot of phone calls. Then more issues, lots of emails and nothing sorted, so they offered compensation for me to sort myself, which I took. 3 weeks for them to offer no service at all in the end.
There is NO customer service, so I would avoid this company at all costs. With there levels of competency, I'm surprised they are still in business.
