After care is shocking I have called every week for the past 3 weeks about booking a repair and getting the same excuse every week it’s been allocated to an installer and either they are to busy or van broken and can’t possible book it in or someone will make intact by the end of the week#stillwaiting …. They hung up on me the last time and didnt call me back so had to start call again and wait another 40 minutes.

I ordered a spare part using the app
I ordered a spare part using the app, which was straight forward, but I wanted to check I was actually getting a shelf and not just the liner for it. I called Wren and requested a call back, a very helpful Richard Kemp was understanding my request and questions. Richard answered my two queries' with ease. Richard was very calm and knowledgeable about the products and sent a follow up email confirming everything. Pleasure to speak with.

Well the sales pitch is good…
The showroom staff great the experience great. After the ink is dry... Forget it. If you would like the quartz worktops, templating measuring, can only be done when kitchen has been 'fitted, there is no choice on measurement date or timing it's 2 weeks after cabinets have been delivered do you want to move the day, only option to cancel and wait another 2 weeks. Once measured 10-14 days for those worktops to arrive. If you stupidly went for the premium splash backs, oh they don't measure for them until the worktops are typically 2 days or is that a week later, then wait for those to be fitted. 4 weeks after your kitchen is fitted you might have surfaces then you just need to fit the hob and taps and plug sockets. Is any of this explained no. Basically once you say yes 1 week measurement, 4 weeks to delivery, 2 weeks to worktop measurement, 2 weeks till those arrive a week to measurement of splash back a week for fitting of those. So What's that 11 weeks of just waiting about and and your fitters will be else where for 10 of those.

We appreciate that the process can feel lengthy, particularly when specialist worktops and wall coverings are involved. The standard lead time from templating through to manufacture is detailed within our Specialist Worktop Brochure, which was emailed to you on 06/07.
For accuracy, the kitchen must be fully in situ and in its final position before the worktops can be templated. This ensures that measurements account for the exact position of the cabinets, appliances and other elements. Similarly, our wall coverings cannot be templated until the worktops are installed, as this allows accurate measurements to be taken and ensures the finished result fits correctly around the worktops.
We understand that these stages can be frustrating when you are eager to complete your kitchen, but they are necessary to ensure your worktops and wall coverings are manufactured to the correct measurements and specifications.
