Great customer support from Jordan. Phone lines were busy so I registered for a call back and received the call within half an hour. Jordan was friendly and professional and solved my issue efficiently. Very impressed.
Joseph from customer service desk helped me to resolve the required items delivery. Although the extractor still pending but he has given me another option. Great service
From our first appointment right through to delivery, everything went smoothly. Sophie designed a kitchen that makes the best use of the space and included so many practical ideas and details that we'd never have thought of ourselves. She listened to what we wanted, worked within our budget, and there was never any pressure to add extras or spend more than we wanted.
Even after the kitchen was delivered, Sophie was quick to answer any questions we had and was always friendly and helpful.
Delivery was well organised, especially considering the size of the order. We only had one damaged item, which was really impressive, and arranging a replacement through the app was simple. It arrived within a week with no hassle.
I'll admit I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews before ordering, but our experience couldn't have been more different. Everything from the design process to aftercare was excellent. A genuine 10/10 experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wren Kitchens in Paisley—especially Sophie.
Our assigned contractor, Robin, from the Wren Derby store let us down. His car broke down but unfortunately communication was poor and he did not keep us nor head office well informed. We feel as if both Wren and Robin treated this with a lack of due care and consideration for our circumstances as customers. We were waiting for a telephone call for 3 days before eventually finding our own contractors as we were scheduled to go on holiday. Wren's solution was to offer replacement installers to attend in 4 weeks time but I had booked annual leave especially for this week so this was not suitable. Our kitchen was also unusable during this time. Overall, poor communication and customer care.
Adrian was a treasure, friendly smiley got on with the job.climbed over our boxes was understanding It was a pleasure to meet him.
G Jepson is an amazing person and is very communicative and helpful he explained everything and answered every question I had and he was so respectful and polite. Definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a respectful and friendly surveyor!
My finished kitchen should have been something I loved but I have been left with a heavy heart following my Wren Kitchen installation.
The kitchen itself is good. The design and consultation was very well handled by Naomi in the Leeds showroom. I was able to make changes as needed and was guided through a smooth process to design my dream kitchen. Once the design was finalised, setting up finance to pay it was straightforward and I looked forward to the installation.
I was advised this would be a week, although a couple of extra jobs by the Wren appointed fitter meant my old kitchen was taken out on 29th January and a proposed finish date of 13th February. I was happy to accept this and pleased with the initial work done.
The delivery of the units went well, and despite me telling the showroom team I lived in a town house the delivery team were surprised to be taking everything up a floor. My range come from AO via Wren and they were appalling when it came to delivery. They refused to even try and get it up the stairs late on Friday evening and I was left over the weekend with no help from Wren, AO or the fitter and worried I would have to redesign the kitchen around a different cooker. Thankfully a second team came on the Monday and could get it up the stairs.
The fitter himself wasn’t given enough time by Wren to complete the job. He had another one to go to the following week and due to a damaged worktop, he effectively walked off the job on Friday the 13th with no plan in place for completing. Replacement worktops were delivered quickly but there was no one Wren could find to fit and complete the kitchen. I am not sure how my original fitter would have finished if the worktops hadn’t been damaged as there was still 2-3 days of work left. I had no running water in the kitchen, no gas safety certificate for the cooker, half of my worktops missing and a general hazard of a room for my daughter to enter.
I was left waiting weeks before the original fitter could eventually come back and complete the job. Even then, the dishwasher was damaged and I couldn’t use it. A replacement took a lot longer to come and required a third visit from the fitter to complete the kitchen.
All in all I do have a lovely kitchen. But my experience with the aftersales and fitting teams was so poor it has left a mark on what should be the heart of the family home. I raised a complaint and was fobbed off with responses and supposed good will gestures. For such a large company I would expect better.
I had a lovely guy called Jorden, he explained everything he was doing and gave me extra advice on my kitchen
Our surveyor was R Ellwood, he rang and text prior to his arrivak to keep us updated, he was very professional and polite, and was efficient in his work.
We had a problem with our new kitchen. We contacted the store and was put through to Jordan at head office. I explained the issue and put the fitter on to explain the measurements and technical issue. Jordan listened and spoke to the designer at the store. He got back to me and resolved the issue with the kitchen. We are now happy with the service and Jordan for all his help to quickly resolve this issue. Thanks Jordan for all your help. It is appreciated.
What can I say other than excellent service from the beginning of our journey to the end. A beautiful kitchen we love everything about it.
Our designer Steve Dalton at Wren in Durham was simply the best, he helped us plan listening to what we wanted and truly was amazing. He even posted our kitchen plans through our door on his way home when I stupidly left them behind. He went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank him enough.
Wren delivered our kitchen on time the guys were super friendly and so respectful of our home, everything was delivered in one go ready for the fitter to start.
Our fitter Anth was the best his work ethic was second to none and his craftsmanship was amazing, his attention to detail outstanding and the most tidiest workman we have ever encountered.
We are so impressed with Wren, Steve and Anth that we decided to have a new fitted bedroom and specifically requested Steve Dalton to be our designer for this to.
Visit to the show room very relaxed,
No pressure sales which was nice with Brian.

Appointment made and a nice young man who I have forgotten his name came and explained everything to me. He took all the measurements and asked permission to takes photos of the area I wanted the work to be done on.
Apologies I have had a memory blank on his name.( Young English man)
He showed me the plans etc and explained everything and asked If there were any other services to be considered other than the boiler .
I told the young man a few things I’d seen in houses I quite liked but wasn’t sure if it was possible and he reassured me most of my likes would be possible.
The young man was very nice,
Courteous,Polite and considerate of my
Old house.
I am very happy so far with everyone I have met up to now.
Thank you .

After having tried multiple times via customer services to have an Issue resolved regarding the style of one single kitchen drawer front in my new kitchen, I eventually got speaking with Ruby from the customer services team. She assured me that my enquiry was entirely reasonable and whilst it was not one she could easily resolve, she would personally update me the following week with what actions she had taken. To date I have been kept regularly informed of the progress of my resolution and I feel that Ruby has gone above and beyond to make what was a rather stressful matter much easier to bear. I have had my faith renewed in Wren Customer Services by her actions and service on this occasion. Thank you Ruby !
Very informative, knowledgeable & helpful!
Lovely man too, even engaged with my dogs.
Would recommend!
A Miss was very prompt and made a thorough measurement of our kitchen. He was polite and very professional
C Cale came to my house at the agreed time and measured for a kitchen he was polite and helpful. Ask questions about appliances etc highly recommend.
Extremely disappointed with what was to be our dream kitchen after spending in excess of £20,000 including installation. Our kitchen quality is far below what we expected. Issues started with installation of our Quartz work top, the join is uneven and it was left dirty and covered in sealant. To move my kitchen forward I had to agree to keep the worktop as it was despite being unhappy.
All units come covered with instructions to only remove after decorating which we followed waiting till the kitchen was tiled and painted. Only at this point have we found 2 end panels and a door have flaws, that look awful in certain light. It appears that the suface was not clean when the gloss was applied. We also have bowed doors on the under sink cupboard and dishwasher. I have contacted Wren several times as I would like them to exchange the faulty parts. My fitter has moved on and I should not have to pay someone else to rectify faulty items.
This is the last replay I have had from Wren offering a half price refund on the faulty parts which is an insult as I will have to look at this poor qulity product for years to come. At 60 years of age it is unlikely we can ever afford another new kitchen. Please think carefully if you are looking for a quality kitchen and good customer service do not choose Wren
Dear
Thank you for your time on the call today.
Rather than replacing the items, what may be a more beneficial option for you to consider would be a partial refund on the item to keep it as it is. This way, you can continue with the installation without waiting for additional deliveries, saving you time and potentially further installation costs.
The items we would offer a partial refund on are:
2300x600x18 D/End Autograph Winter Blue Gloss
1000x360x18 D/End Autograph Winter Blue Gloss
700mm - 2 Door Inc 1 Shelf Base - 700mm wide x 870mm high x 570mm deep - Autograph Winter Blue Gloss
716x596x18 Frt Autograph Winter Blue Gloss Appliance Door Pack
Total refund - £173.25
Just to confirm, the warranty held will not be affected by the refund.
As your order is less than three years old, you can order replacements quickly and easily using our app. Just search for “Wren ” on Google Play or Apple’s App Store.
If you’re having any trouble logging in, it’s worth checking that the app is updated to the latest version on your device.
Kindest regards,
Ruby

Popped into Wren to look at bedroom wardrobes. Came out with a perfect design, shown all the options by S Cook, who was cheerful, polite and very helpful. S Dixon came and measured. He was on time, polite and got on with the job. All of this in one day!
So far, so good Wren! Hopefully if we go with them this faultless service will continue.
Samuel offered a great service. I rang in the morning but had left my house so couldn’t do a video call to see the kitchen cupboard. Samuel offered to ring me back when I got home after work (before he finished for the day) He did. Excellent service. Recommend Samuel for Wren customer service.
