Peter rang in advance to confirm he can come early.
He was polite and professional and completed the task quite quickly
M Willmott who came to measure up and Chris Piggott in the showroom
Both were very professional, patient and knowledgeable
Really happy with the measuring service from Wren.
M Willmott who came out was professional, friendly and very helpful.
He took time to carefully measure everything and explained the process clearly which gave us confidence that everything was accurate.
Very positive experience from start to finish.
We would definitely recommend wren kitchens

Thomas gave us fantastic service
He is a very polite young man who is very Knowledgeable.
I have received an excellent customer service experience by a lovely lady named Jodie in the Kidderminster DY11 6XP branch. I visited 04/08/26 Jodie listened to my needs, was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and caring. The key thing is she listened and was also able to give a lot of practical guidance on what was available in store, offers and options for different customer needs. Her professionalism and welcoming approach when i entered the showroom will mean i will be returning and asking directly for her in the future. Best wishes x
Jordan D was super helpful today - very polite and understood our situation.
Very impressed with his service.
Surveyor , David Tebbs , was pleasant and efficient and completed the survey in less than an hour.
I was able to answer all his questions about location of services etc and he seemed very thorough - even including access issues etc.
A painless appointment!
Very thorough polite and quick , L Albrow explained the process fully and the next steps moving forward ,
T. Moyo provide an excellent service today he was highly efficient and thorough with his measurements. He was extremely polite and made the process easy.
Richard was very helpful in trying to identify which replacement handles I needed. Nothing was any trouble. Very efficient and order will be with me in a couple if days
Michael was friendly and communicative and easy to talk to.
He got on with the job really efficiently. Before hand he got in touch to say when he would be arriving and turned up on time.
Pretty useless all round. As soon as the money is handed over you're on your own. The app and customer service is terrible. When you call expect to wait at least 40 mins and even then they still won't answer.
Guy in the showroom who I won't name didn't explain things properly. I said I would dispose of my old kitchen waste, I was not expecting that the boxes from the new kitchen wouldn't be removed as apparently they only take that if you pay for the old kitchen to be removed. The cutlery drawer was included but the designer accidentally removed it and I'm expected to pay for that too. There has been damage to a corner wall and the installers marked up the center points of the drawers in pen and need to come back to make adjustments for the worktop.
I hate having to give a review like this in order for Wren to do something but I've paid over £13k for this relatively small kitchen, £3500 was installation costs and the service is some of the worst I've experienced.. So far only the initial measuring up at my house and the guy today measuring the worktop have been good. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Super quick and convenient. Gary was extremely friendly and helpful too
Design good , fitting not very good, worktop joints not smooth , doors poorly aligned , told 7 days took 4 weeks with issues still to solve , fitters always seemed in a rush to do the job rather than doing it properly , shelves left not fitted , plumbing work poorly done ,
Jay was very polite, down to earth, efficient and approachable
Called customer services regarding a problem with our kitchen that we purchased 9 years ago and spoke with Elliot. He was very understanding an immediately advised it was still under warranty and will be replaced. He explained clearly about the procedure. Elliot was extremely friendly and helpful and is a credit to Wrens Kitchens.
Having previously put a negative review on here Wren responded to the review saying they apologised and would contact me. Days later there has been nothing. This is without doubt the worst example of customer service / care I have ever witnessed. If I named all the issues I would be here all day, having delivered a faulty extractor hood they want to send an engineer out to mend it rather than replace it. Bits were missing, the fridge has leaked on my new floor and having had no reply in a week I bought a replacement elsewhere! this can happen but to just ignore me is terrible. Replacement doors just deleted from the app by Wren. Five days since my last message with no reply. I emailed the store manager who 3 days later replied saying things had been escalated and a senior manager would call…. Nothing since! Problems can occur but to ignore customers who are trying to manage an installation is not acceptable. I suspect this review will have a reply below it saying they will be in touch like the last one. The worst experience in terms of support and customer service I have ever known. My fitter costs have gone up by over £1k and they will have to come back if Wren ever respond.
