The customer journey from hell

I gave wren 1 star, they don't even deserve that. Communication during installation is very poor, units arrived damaged time and time again. A 3 week installation estimate has turned into 12 due to their delays doing anything to mitigate the issues with faulty stock. Trying to contact anyone to help is well nigh impossible. None of their team seem remotely interested in their customers. I would never buy a kitchen from them again

Happy customers

D Robb from the home survey team was very nice and polite. This is appreciated especially as we have young children. My son was happy to watch him measure our kitchen. D Robb was efficient at his job and we are very happy with the experience he provided representing Wrens Kitchens.

Joe from Wren is a superstar!

Joe from Wren is a superstar! He came to the house and measured up for a kitchen, explained everything in detail, and was very patient despite our numerous questions. From start to finish, the process has been seamless, he is a credit to your organisation.

It took me 50 minutes to get through to you today. But after speaking to Laura it was well worth the wait. She's a lovely lady with a lot of patience. She talked us through on how to get on virtual call as we are not sure how to do this. I give Laura 💯 for her service

Awful company that are less than honest…

Awful company that are less than honest or trustworthy. The staff at the Luton branch are terrible. The designer told my wife and I we couldn't have a corner unit, which we already have in our existing kitchen. We felt pressured into paying a deposit to secure a discount on 19th May. We have no final design and only a provisional agreement as we were told we can still make changes. We requested a refund and to cancel the kitchen all together 3 days later. They only acknowledged the message to pressure us into not cancelling, no refund given after weeks of waiting. I visited the showroom to ask for a refund, they said only managers can authorise this and claimed I would have the money in 10 days. Again, no refund after weeks of waiting. I called the store, was told a manager was busy in a meeting and will call me back. They never called me back. It's August and I have had no contact from them and no refund. Absolutely appalling and disgusting way to behave. They replied to my previous review and said they will investigate and be in touch, which again never happened. Unless you're going to give me back my money, don't offer false concern in public then flag an honest review to be taken down.

Wren kitchen measurements

I recently had my kitchen measured by C Smith from Wren Kitchens, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. C Smith was absolutely amazing — very professional, friendly and informative throughout the whole appointment.

They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made the whole process feel really straightforward. The customer service was excellent, and I felt like I was in very good hands.

A real credit to Wren Kitchens. Thank you, C Smith, for such a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AFTER SALES SERVICE

I signed the contract with Wren on 2nd July, 2026 - £15,819 so not exactly cheap! Part of the transaction was the purchase of an ex-display cooker and hood. I contacted Wren on Monday 10th August to arrange for my wife and myself to pick it up. The salesman told me he would check details and contact me - he didn't. Not on Monday and he was off Tuesday and Wednesday.
I called into Wren Belfast on the Boucher Road on Wednesday and spoke to another salesman who agreed that we could take delivery of the cooker on Friday or Monday, preferably Monday. Thursday I rang back to the original salesman and we agreed that I would arrive with a van to get the cooker and hood on Monday, 17th in the afternoon. A van was duly reserved with a rental company.
My installer felt he could call for it sooner and called the company today, only to be told by a different salesman that the display cooker could be collected only after Head Office had agreed its release! I am to wait for a phone call to notify me when that occurs but have received no call as yet.
I can't call the original colleague as he seems to be off today.
I just don't know what's going on!
Robin

I cannot fault the installation and the quality of the product, however, the after sales care is appalling! To speak to anyone you have to wait over 40 minutes on the phone and then they say you were in the wrong department et cetera and have to wait for another 40 minutes! I was advised I could have a gas hob by the surveyor and it turns out I needed an electric one. I then had to pay for a new fuse board at 999 pounds which I was not bargaining for Wren denied any responsibility for their survey or for the fact that I had to pay out an extra £1000 totally totally disillusion with this company. Product good service services really really poor.!
