Our initial visit was brilliant. We enjoyed the experience, and the designer was very helpful. Everything seemed great – or so we thought. The delivery of our kitchen and the quality were excellent, as was our installer. However we would never recommend Wren. Their customer service is terrible, particularly at the Stockton branch.
Our original installer demanded that we pay him upfront. We trusted him because Wren had chosen him, but Wren then sacked him without informing us, leaving us out of pocket.
Wren have continuously denied that this was their fault and have refused to refund us. After six months of us chasing customer service, they agreed to refund us SOME of the money, which we are still waiting to receive. Please be aware when Wren sell you 'we fit it too' this is not 100% accurate you have to pay an extra installer to do alot of the extra work.
Despite waiting 50 minutes to get through regarding a few issues with our order, Bethanie was absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, she was polite, efficient and extremely helpful! Thank you so much Bethanie!
In a time where great Customer Service is rare, I was dealt with by Bethanie today and she dealt with my case very efficiently and with no fuss. She resolved my case with no problem at all. That is why I would use Wren time and time again.

Spent 25 thousand on a kitchen just over 12 months ago and already falling to bits. Herringbone floor has moved and damaged. Quartz worktop just floating on top of island as it’s came away from the wall. Kitchen cupboards and sink loose. Told wren over 6 weeks ago and nothing has happened. They have got the money for it so it’s a low priority just giving false promises. Stay clear

The only negative is the turnaround for Wren to deliver replacements, which will mean the kitchen fitter will have to be called back to finish the build.
Garry was amazing, he had to visit the property multiple times, becose of construction ongoing, each time he been very responsive and always on time for measurements. Kept me in loop.
Simply the whole process is smooth, thanks to Garry and highly recommended wren kitchen.
