STAY AWAY FROM WREN!!!
They promise premium service from coming to measure your space, designing the kitchen and delivering however they don't take responsibility for any of it. We paid over £9000 for what was meant to be a nice sleek kitchen and what we got is a kitchen that doesn't fit!
When approaching them to get a solution they basically told us it wasn't their problem and that in the contract we signed it stated it.
It was clearly a problem with the measurements they (Wren) took leaving us with two big units that stand out by 5 centimetres.
If you want a company that treats you with empathy, respect and ethic, then this isn't the place for you and you're better off buying your kitchen elsewhere.
Money making company with no interest for the customer!

Excellent service and nothing a bother, from a fantastic kitchen design with Sammi (Stirling store), the delivery guys (wish I’d got their names) bringing the kitchen, to ordering replacements for couple of damaged items with David A from customer care. Still completing our kitchen but would definitely recommend Wren Kitchens based on not only a really lovely kitchen at a fairly decent price, but essentially on the excellent service from the Wren staff we have encountered along the way.
Edited. Thanks Sam for another speedy response, .… all been very positive and will definitely be recommending Wren

Very pleased with my wardrobe install. The installers were professional, attentive and cleaned up all thebsaw dust after themselves. (Alot smoother than my kitchen installation.) A special thanks to Hasip from the customers Installation team for answering and helping me with any queries and I had and for the uplift of the bulky waste.

We purchased a kitchen from Wren and, unfortunately, our experience changed dramatically once the order had been delivered and installation began.
During installation, several issues came to light, including a design omission relating to an infill panel required between the wall and fridge freezer. This was something we had specifically discussed during the design appointment, yet it was not properly accounted for when the kitchen was supplied.
We first contacted our designer on 3 June, followed up again on 9 June, and received no response. After chasing the matter further, we discovered our designer was on annual leave. No alternative point of contact had been provided and no effort appeared to have been made to address our outstanding queries before going away.
Since then, we have emailed Customer Care and the Lakeside showroom manager. I even attempted to contact Customer Care by telephone and left a message requesting a callback. To date, nobody has responded.
The most frustrating part is that this all occurred during the installation phase, when support is needed most. Rather than helping us resolve issues, we were left to deal with them ourselves to avoid delaying the project.
When a response eventually arrived from our designer, the tone was dismissive, abrupt and focused on explaining why the problem wasn't Wren's responsibility rather than helping find a practical solution. Even now, weeks later, the issue remains unresolved.
The kitchen itself looks good, but customer service is tested when things go wrong, not when everything runs smoothly. In our case, the aftercare has been extremely disappointing. Being ignored by the designer, Customer Care team and showroom manager for weeks at a time is not the level of service I would expect from a company of Wren's size and reputation.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after weeks of emails, chasers and unanswered calls, I feel prospective customers should be aware that once installation starts, getting support can be far more difficult than the sales process would suggest.

Another bad experience with Wren Kitchens. If I could turn back time and never buy a kitchen from them, I absolutely would! I already wrote a review about my experience 8 months ago. A case manager contacted me back then after seeing the review and said they would try to help, but it quickly became clear that all they really wanted was for me to remove the negative review.
Eight months later, I’ve had to order new units at my own expense because the design was so poor we simply couldn’t live with the kitchen. I’ve once again paid for a carpenter and a plumber and arranged everything myself. They emailed me three times confirming the kitchen would be delivered on the 13th, yet again items are missing.
The carpenter had already been booked, and when I rang customer services to ask what I was supposed to do, a representative called Jordan said, “You should have booked a carpenter?” What on earth? I had received three confirmation emails stating the kitchen would be delivered—how was I meant to know they would once again only send part of the order?
This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. This company is an absolute joke.

I called Wren Customer service today as I noticed there were a couple of small dent marks on the panel and door handle of my new oven which has just been installed. I was very impressed with the assistance and patience provided by Bailey who arranged for a new replacement for next week with minimal fuss. She also confirmed that the warranty would commence from that date. A professional and high level of customer service which I appreciate. Thank you

I want to say that it is very difficult to get through to get support: I waited for over 40 minutes when I called the showroom, none of my emails were answered, it is very difficult to get support when needed. However, luckily I got to Leon at customer support who was great at sorting my issue. He was patient, helpful and very professional.

Hi,
We do not accept that this matter is completed.
Although you state that remedial works have been completed, you have still failed to answer our outstanding questions, including those connected to our Section 75 claim. Your response ignores the core issues we have raised and attempts to present the matter as resolved when it clearly is not.
This is not just about remedial works. It is also about the way this case has been handled, the poor communication, the lack of accountability, and the failure to provide proper answers to serious concerns we have repeatedly raised.
Until those questions are fully answered, it is inaccurate and misleading to describe this complaint as completed.
