Tami Young was very easy to reach and always quick to respond to any queries, which made our house purchase much easier.

At times, we weren’t able to move things forward as quickly as we would have liked because some things were beyond our control. On occasion, we did feel a little pressure for updates and answers, which could be stressful during an already busy process.

Other than that, we were happy with the service we received and appreciated Tami’s communication and support throughout.

In the first instance, they over value your property, so you go with them as agents. Once the contract is signed, Then 2 weeks in they tell you the property is over priced and they are selling 3 bedroom properties for the same price as your 2 bedroom.
Also, I signed up for the enhanced service, so the agent shows potential buyers around. Out of 6 potential buyers, I was asked to show round 3, 1 didnt turn up and I had to call the agent for feedback.
My sale should have been the easiest, I was selling to a 1st time buyer, and I wasnt buying anything. So no chain. I went with YOPA'S conveyancing team, thinking keep it in house and it will be quicker. How wrong was I? The Eway app is awful, you upload things as requested and they say they haven't received them, I ended up, uploading my ID 4 times. Also they sent several emails with confidential information to the wrong email address. This was picked up by us, no apology. Also you ring them the phone goes straight to voicemail, you leave a message an nobody calls you back. 6 voicemail left, 10 emails sent, no replies. The agent for Yopa Tami, after they sold the property, I never had any input from her for over 8 weeks, to which I was told, shes been working in the background! Well not with me she wasnt!

They talk the talk, then once your signed up, the service, and communication is appalling!

So I dont recommend them, 😐

Also I made a complaint about them prior to completion, and of course they lied. Then when I replied, they stated I had used my quota for complaining and had to go to the ombudsman!

Avoid at all costs!

Tami Young was so helpful in the sale of our retirement home. We sold while we were outside the country. She did everything that was needed to be done on our behalf. Tami communicated very well to us.Even when the other party was not willing to communicate she took over to explain where the challenges were.Tami showed her expertise to get a buyer for us as the flat had been in the market for a while. This made us build trust and respect for her that she knew her job.My advice to Tami is that she should not spoil her reputation with working with Kreston Limited Solicitors who did not seem to have any care. I advice that she stick with YOPA solicitors I sold and bought with them in 2024 I did not experience the treatment we experienced with Kreston Limited. I am positive that if we had worked with YOPA solicitors we would not have taken ten months to close.
Otherwise. I love YOPA and will refer them to my friends but the moment they mention diverting to private Solicitors please please consumers flee away. I would not even wish my enermy to experience what we experienced with Kreston Solicitors
