I have bought three different laser engravers from Xtool and so far so good. very pleased with the machines.

So far, so good. Im joining Xtool after a disastrous go with a Monport. So far the F2 Ultra has been easier setup. And while Studio isn't as "capable" in small ways, its still better than Lightburn in a lot of ways. It reminds me a lot of how Bambu labs ecosystem is. And I'm pretty spoiled with the auto focus and live work surface camera. Makes creating masks for various projects so much easier.
It's always great to get a new xTool machine. They are packaged well and with care. The new features of the F2 Ultra UV are just the thing I need and I've only bought xTool machines.
Second purchase from Xtool (F1 & F2) quality product with great customer service
The xtool F2 is a fantastic laser/engraver. I took advantage of meeting with a local "maker" who walked me through the basics and is available if I have any questions. The product is so intuitive and the information so abundant about how to use this machine, that I haven't needed to bug anyone. I've created some amazing products and am looking forward to future creative endeavors. I'm looking at the M1 or M2 to increase the size of the area that I can engrave, but will keep the f2 due to its portability.
**My Experience Ordering the F2 MOPA Laser**
So, I’ve been going back and forth with customer service regarding an order I placed for an F2 MOPA laser on July 29, 2026, and honestly, I just need to vent for a minute.
When I placed my order, I was told to allow **7–10 business days** for the machine to ship. I completely understood and was willing to be patient. Fast-forward to Day 10, and I still hadn’t received any shipping updates or even an explanation for the delay. So I reached out to customer service simply asking for an update.
I finally received a response on Day 11, only to find out that the machine I ordered **wasn’t even in stock** and that they wouldn’t be receiving another one until **August 21, 2026**.
Obviously, I was frustrated. But what really bothered me was something the representative said: they acknowledged that I **should have been notified on the day I placed my order** that the machine was out of stock.
That’s the part that really gets me.
I’m not a huge business tycoon, but I do run a business that helps support my family. When I purchase equipment, I’m doing so because I’m counting on that equipment to generate revenue. Delaying the order by several weeks means I’m potentially losing out on income that I had planned for.
And every email since then has basically been:
*"Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience."*
I understand that things happen. I really do. But there comes a point where **“thank you for your patience” doesn’t fix the problem**, especially when the situation could have been avoided with a simple email on July 29.
Then, after hearing “sorry for the inconvenience” what feels like seven times, I was offered a **$30 voucher to use on their website** as compensation.
The Rotary Engraving for Rings, Tumblers & Ornaments is $349 not $30 I don't even think they even have anything worth value for under $30.
All jokes aside, this has been a really frustrating experience. I ordered the machine expecting it to be shipped within the timeframe I was given, only to find out nearly two weeks later that it wasn’t even available—and that I should have been told that from the beginning.
I’m sharing this because I hope other people considering making a similar purchase are aware of my experience. Hopefully, no one else has to go through the same thing.
Thanks for letting me vent. 🙃

My one-on-one xTool expert trainer was great. My reason for taking 1 star off is due to the fact that her machines listed in her profile included the M1 Ultra, when, in fact, she did not have this machine. She stated that was not a list she created/maintained. She had the M2. Some steps/features were not applicable to my M1 Ultra. She had no idea how to use the printer/cutter feature, nor the hydrostatic mat. I really want to learn both of these functions. We did, however, spend the hour learning xTool Studio basics and how to do test grids. Overall, great experience. I hope to connect with an instructor who can show me specifically M1 Ultra features per above. Thank you.
My F2 Ultra UV machine is well-suited for small crafting projects. I am interested in finding additional tutorials to enhance my operational skills and explore its use with various materials.
I have the S1 Ultra, the M1 Ultra and the DTF All in One Printer. Well 2 of out of 3 machines has caused me HELL since they got delivered last week in June 2026.
Let’s start with the M1 Utra I got it specifically to print and hot foil mainly on card stock or pu leather! I HAVE NOT SUCCESSFULLY HOT FOIL ON ANY LEATHER BLANKS they all got ruined! Since Xtool decided to upgrade or as I put it downgrade there system presets for this material is not readily available, so I’ve been pulling settings out of my ass which is costing me money on the waste materials! The software is NOT USER FRIENDLY so I am still not able to pull settings in from Atomm. Xtool customer service told me that my resolution to this problem is to PAY an “expert “ to teach me. 😳🤯 Reluctantly I booked a session, well between Xtool or the expert, they rescheduled my training from Friday to Tuesday AND THE “expert” DID NOT SHOW UP! No link was sent for the training No follow up email so I cancelled at the end of day Tuesday! BS
NOW for the All in One DTF Printer which got delivered June 30.26. Since it came all the film is CRINKLY AND CRACKLY AND JAMMING! All the material that came with the machine was depleted in the same week trying to troubleshoot this issue! Great! Now I have to buy ink…. Waited 2 weeks for delivery! Then my nightmare began again 07/25/26 MORE CRINKLE,CRACKLE JAM! I submitted a ticket and their reck sent me the same OLD STUPID troubleshooting videos on the website. The hardware and software changed from the video so Not user friendly! While’s that would be enough to drive anyone crazy My SN is NOT FOUND SO I CANNOT ADD MY EXTENDED WARRANTY TO MY CARE ($699) sweet!
It’s a week since my ticket was opened technically my 2nd week trying to use this shit and the PROBLEM IS STILL THERE! Xtool OFFERED ME A (1) BOTTLE OF WHITE INK FOR MY INCONVENIENCE!!!! This is a damn joke! For all the loss of revenue to my business for not being able to complete any of my orders to my customers, loss ink and film, my time wasted and frustration THEY WANNA GIVE ME $40 BOTTLE OF INK! And an F off email saying I CANNOT RETURN ITS BEEN 30 DAYS.
TODAY IS IS DAY 31!!!!!! WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO INVEST IN! We’ve spent more than 20k in this company for them to spot in our face! As I type there’s No resolution to my crinkle, crackle jam problem. We’ve strip the machine down to its bare minimum and found that the OVEN TRACK IS NOT ALWAYS ACCEPTING THE FILM FROM THE SHAKER TRACK! And IT says I should adjust the ball bearings WHAT A GENIUS!!! That’s all we been doing all week! The misalignment happens at the entry of the oven NOT THE SHAKER! Well I see if this will reach anyone smarter than dweedle in the IT room! While’s he’s getting paid to sit in the a/c room I’m on my knees taking 2 mil videos and troubleshooting per day to No resolution!
I AM OVER THIS SHIT!!!!!!

M overall experence with xtool has been fantastic. I started my laser journey with a different manufacturer and had nothing but issues and poor responces to questions. When I purchased my first xtool machien The F1 it was night and day difference. The online tutorials were top notch the user software is incredibly intuitive, I now own 4 different xtool lasers the f1, f1 ultra, f2 ultra uv and p2s. I can not say a bad thing about any of them. The xtool studio gets better with every update and build quality and performance is amazing. I am awaiting the deliverary of the omni uv printer and absolutly can't wait to see how it stakes up with the Eufy make that I am currently useing. I have a feeling it will blow it out of the water.
I have 3 Xtool machines: apparel, F2 ultra, m2, Omni1 has been ordered
I like your approach creating a machine and software.
I wish you will create a DRG printer something like Epson f2270 and Brother GTX300
Waiting a new desktop laser with rf tube.
we bought 2 machine from Xtool already and we are buying 3 more. WE BOUGHT THE F2 UV AND THE M2 LASER.
We are very happy with them .XTOOL already established my confidence in them. their quality is great and service is outstanding.
I RECOMEND XTOOL FOR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A LASER OR PRINTERS
I just purchased my second xTool laser engraver, the F2 Ultra UV, and couldn't be happier. I had already done my own research through Google and YouTube and had decided this was the brand and laser I wanted. The purchase process was easy and straightforward. I have had my S1 for about 2 years now and am happy to say that I have never had to contact support. My next purchase will be the AP2 because I plan to use the F2 Ultra UV at craft fairs.
1 Star – Premium Product Price, Disappointing Customer Support
I made a significant investment in an xTool F2 Ultra with the conveyor system for my business. Like many small business owners, I took money out of my savings because I believed I was purchasing a premium machine backed by reliable customer support.
Unfortunately, shortly after receiving the machine, the IR (fiber) laser failed. It worked for approximately five minutes while I was testing it on a piece of rusted metal. Halfway through the engraving, it suddenly stopped working and has not functioned since. The diode laser still operates, but the IR laser—which was one of the primary reasons I purchased this machine—is unusable.
As a result, I now have customer orders that I cannot fulfill. Every day this issue remains unresolved affects my business, my income, and my reputation with my customers.
Since discovering the problem, I have spoken with four different customer service representatives. Every conversation has ended the same way: “We’ll follow up.” I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone who has the authority to make a decision or resolve the issue immediately, but each representative has told me they have to forward my case to someone else and that I will be contacted later.
For a company selling machines that cost thousands of dollars, this level of customer support is extremely disappointing. I understand that defects can happen with any manufacturer. What matters is how the company responds when they do. Instead of receiving immediate assistance or being connected with someone empowered to resolve the issue, I have experienced repeated delays and handoffs.
One of the most frustrating aspects has been not being able to speak directly with a decision-maker. When your business depends on equipment like this, “we’ll follow up” is not a solution.
Support Ticket ID: 1089025
If anyone from xTool is reading this, I am asking that my case be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. I invested thousands of dollars in this machine because I believed it would be a reliable tool for my business. Right now, I have customer orders I cannot complete because the IR laser failed almost immediately after I received it. I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution so I can get my business back up and running.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend purchasing from xTool if dependable after-sale customer support is important to you. I genuinely hope they improve their support process because no business owner who invests this much money should be left waiting while their business is put on hold.

Tonight I had an amazing customer service experience with Ian from XTOOL. After getting through the first level of AI customer service, which is actually a fascinating experience in itself, I was routed to the first level of human customer service. Since I am an XTOOL owner (XTOOL F2 and M2) and plan to keep upgrading, I had some very important questions for them. I was routed to Ian and he answered EVERY QUESTION I had. I wanted to know specifically if I could purchase a 10W module for my M2 since I have the 20W one. Ian did some research and got back to me within a few minutes and being the WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL that he is, found a way to get me a 10W XTOOL module for my M2.
The transaction was seamless. I was emailed an invoice and I completed it with Ian on the "line" so to speak. Since I purchase DIRECT from XTOOL I had enough in a gift card to lower the expected purchase of $234.000 to $178.00! That alone is why you want to purchase DIRECT from XTOOL. because the more you purchase, the more credits you can obtain.
I am DELIGHTED in my experience and will continue to promote and to EVANGELIZE XTOOL technology with my background which is Systems Engineering and Teaching.
Thank you IAN! I could not have done it without you. You are a true SOLUTION PROVIDER!

KEN-TECH INDUSTRIES and KWG LASER
Back in March when I first ran into problems with the fiber laser in my F1 Ultra, it would have been extremely helpful if I could have contacted someone in xTool Technical Support to help me. As it was, I could only contact sales, So I was left on my own to figure things out and actually find out that I had a weak fiber laser. Finally, xtool put me in touch with a John Burns, who ia an advanced user. No one directly in the xtools department would EVER speak to me. He was very helpful and started me down the path of getting my F1U replaced. This whole process took way too long for me to be down without a machine. In the end now, almost three months later things worked out. I was almost to the point of giving up on xTool and picking another company to share my Relax time with. While making things for donation. Being retired I don't need a lot of things for myself, and I'm not interested in selling anything. My organizatin purchased the F2 Ultra MOPA with 40W Diode and F2 Ultra UV. I'm finally going to be happy and start creating projects that I will be proud to share on Atomm. Speaking of Atomm, it's very hard to post your projects. It should be easier. While some projects are just quick little things you've done that you're proud of, others are more involved things that you'd like to share all the settings with everyone. My organization keeps me very busy. All that said, your agent (Libby) has been as helpful as she possibly could be behind the scenes with emails with no direct contact with me verbally. I sincerely believe in phone calls. Thay go straight to the point and help with miscommunications right away rather than going back and forth with emails. I realize this is rather lengthy, but I always try to help make things better and I hope somebody back there in the proverbial backroom is listening I know I'll never be able to talk to anybody directly but thank you Libby for finally coming through for me! I'll try to get my mind right and help people with my donations, post on Atomm, and of course, continue with my organizational duties.

I originally purchase the xtool f1 ultra last June. It worked well for about 6 months. Thats when the connection issues started. Tech sipport being slow to respond and giving me useless troubleshooting steps whenever they decide to respond.Til this day (June 20th 2026) its still down! Take your hard earned money elsewhere. They customer service or in this case lack of says it all.

I think I've done the biggest mistake buying from them directly and I'm not talking about the xtool f2 ultra I'm talking about the delivery ways I've been told that, they are coming separately but expect all of them to come in time but one, which is the xtool itself 2 attempts and promises by two agents from FedEx the delivery company they use...tomorrow is the 3th arrempt,is frustrating when you pay so much money and expect the job to be done
