I was doing some inquisitive research on XTool's new M1 Ultra machine and worked with Alberich as my assigned support person. Alberich was very helpful, and very knowledgable to all of my questions from the sales prices to any other specials that might be going on to help save us some money. Having a positive onboarding experience when planning to spend a significant amount of money (to us) with ANY company, shows said potential company is not worried about the money first, but rather their customers (current or future) be comfortable with their purchases and confident in XTool to take care of them for years to come. I would expect based upon other reviews and customers having their own positive experiences as well, they too had their own "Alberich" giving them the same great customer service expertise.

First off I had noticed after buying my m1 ultra that I didn't see the free xtool care package that was supposed to be included, after reaching out for support Miss. Saraí was very quick to answer and show me that the problem was fixed immediately. Very great job and honestly one of the BEST customer service I have come across to date. Great job xtool!!

Terry at xTool is the ONLY person out of five people total at xTool who was finally able to help me! I placed my deposit for the M1 Ultra and tried to order during the live stream but the discounted price of $999 was not showing. I tried to get help through the live stream, they referred me to support, three people at support couldn’t help but finally TERRY came through!! Thank you so much!

I contacted xTool to clarify what additional items might need to be ordered so I would receive everything needed to operate during the same time frame. I also inquired about shipment date, as it was unclear from the different statements on various xtool and advertising pages.

Although I'm not pleased about the ultimate shipping date of my F1 Ultra Deluxe, it in no way reflects the service I received from Saraí. I was pleased to correspond with Saraí, who was very prompt, polite and knowledgable with responses to my various inquiries.

I contacted Xtool for some clarification on our purchase of the F1 Ultra. Luka has been my customer support on several questions and concerns I have had on multiple occasions. Luka was amazing with all the responses, and got back to me very quickly. I absolutely love Xtool and their staff.

Outstanding customer service from Luka with xtools. I have 3 machines from xtool and have pre ordered the F1 Ultra. Needed a board for one of my F1 and and Luka quickly responded and shipped that board.

I have been a customer for several years and own and enjoy all their products. Recently I contacted Xtool about the new F1 Ultra. Ally answered all my questions and provided exceptional customer services. I will continue to support this company.
