I had a great experience with Prav Makh…

I had a great experience with Prav Makh from Yes Energy Solutions. He was very helpful, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand my options.

He also guided me through switching my E.ON energy from pay-as-you-go to a billed payment, which made things much easier for me to manage.

I really appreciated his support and professionalism throughout the process. Thank you again!

YES: What an excellent free and independent advice Network

A 'Cadent YES' call from your representative yesterday was in response to a request to check my excess energy situation incurred over a period of time during the winter when family members came to stay.
I can't recommend highly enough the quality of the service YES provided offering energy support and excellent advice and guidance.
I was notified beforehand about a planned phone call.
Their in depth assessment was both professional and friendly. He also ensured that I was fully aware of other available help. The call was followed up with an online survey to help pursue this advice. Thank you also for the YES energy solutions 'Energy Advice Guide', part of a great pack containing handy tips to help put advice into action. Thank you!

I was asked to leave a review

I was asked to leave a review. Was supposed to have a call today. Never happened as I had received an email to say they would send advice instead. Then I get another email from the person I was supposed to have the call with asking me to leave a review. A review on what. They never contacted me .

Priority given to customers needs

Would like to show our gratitude to Kelly for all her hard work while all the alterations to our house.
Kelly was onsite every morning before any contractors arrived and was there for any issue we had and insisted on a high standard of workmanship off all the contractors.
Please thank Kelly for all her hard work.

Complete waste of time

Paul was excellent during the initial call. But the in-depth call which was supposed to provide me with advice re energy efficiency, income maximisation and eligibility for funding advice plus lots more, never happened!! She tried to ring once then sent an email informing me I was on the wrong tariff which was incorrect anyway. So a complete waste of time.

Thank you to Hayley for the support and voucher, much appreciated at a time when my money is so messed up with reaching state pension age and paying more income tax than expected. Also pass on my thanks to anybody else involved in this process - Thank you. BS.

The lovely lady i spoke with ( Emily )could not have been more helpful, advice was given so very clearly and as far as helping me out with the many options i have ect was extremely helpful..i was also offered support to an extent where i was shocked with the kindness with regards to cheap bulbs,plugs,radiator foil,heated throw and more,its nit often in this day where generosity of this kind is shown and i hope everyone on the team is aware of how appreciative costomers are ,as i certainly am ..The lady was so patient ,understanding in a way i felt i was able to talk at ease regarding any issues i had,,,Thankyou again for the wonderful work you do
