Parcel arrived and it was warm, the ice packs weren't even placed on the item to keep it cool, there were no sterile wipes or additional needle attachments, there was no information leaflet and the box with the injection item in, was all bashed in.

Very good delivery of product but ......
Very good delivery of product, however one of my pens malfunctioned and part way through pressing the plunger it jammed. I explained the issue and was asked for photos and duly sent them. I offered to return the pen and asked for a replacement. No replacement offered...told i would have to buy another pen, and they would decide whether to start an investigation. I explained i wasnt prepared to pay for another pen when i had three doses left. Ended up buying syringes to withdraw the medication and manually injecting it...it seemed my only feasible option. Suffice to say will not be using this company again. I felt like i was treated as if i was lying and all they wanted was my money. Great if no problems, but not helpful if problems arise x
