Mixed opinion!
Very mixed opinions.
First, I did have exceptional service over the phone from somebody called Cristina, who was extremely helpful!
I also had a very helpful message from a customer services person called Sarah.
They were both let down by doctors, strangely! These doctors appear to read a message, answer it without giving any helpful information at all, and then do the same with the next response AND the one after that.
They fail spectacularly to take any notice of what's been said in the message; they just continue to come back with the same non-response that doesn't actually help a tall.
All sorted out now, but only thanks - I'm sure - to Sara and Cristina! I almost gave up.
(Delivery is excellent once things are set up!)

Delivery always comes on time without…
Delivery always comes on time without any issues as they use Royal Mail. A lot of companies are stopping the use of ice packs, but ZAVA still use them. No issues at all with them.
