Still no refund received for order 22nd June 22 not sure how other people have been receiving refunds or delivery! Called and e-mailed multiple times blocked by the company!

Successful delivery
I had previously written very negative reviews of this company. I now revise my opinion. Though it took way too long and the customer service was poor, I did receive my chest of drawers yesterday in excellent condition, exactly what I ordered and I am happy with the product. This is not a scam company but are struggling to get orders delivered. I wish them well in their business recovery and improvement

Refund finally received
I have today finally received my refund for the doors ordered 12 June 2023 and thanked them for it. I have given them feedback about their really bad customer service and lack of communication so hopefully they may take it on board.

Failed to deliver my order and have failed to provide a refund.
I ordered a door from this company in April 2022 and paid £222 by credit card. The door had not arrived by September so I asked them to cancel the order and provide a refund. A refund was repeatedly promised in a series of email exchanges. It is now more than a year since my original order but I have not received either door or refund. I am reporting their fraudulent behaviour to Trading Standards.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE TAKEN 3K OFF US FOR DOORS AND KEEP TELLINGS LIES, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, THE GUY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND TELLS YOU THE DOORS ARE BEING DELIVERED AND NOTHING TURNS UP.. WONT ISSUE REFUND DESPITE ASKING, I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS AND CONTACTING MY BANK FOR A REFUND AND TO INVESTIAGET THIS COMPANY, WISH IDE HAVE READ HTE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING

They take your money then do not deliver the doors then say they will give you a refund but don’t. My sister has been waiting since 28th of July 2022. They do not answer EMails they do not answer the phones either.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS!! They take your money, sit on it for months then fob you off saying the doors are coming into stock. Impossible to get to speak to ANYONE. Ignore your emails. Trying to recover monies through credit card otherwise will be taking them to small claims court.
