I am reluctantly leaving this review in view of the very poor response I have had regarding a child’s mirror which arrived smashed to pieces. I have raised the safety issue on more than one occasion with absolutely no response other than to offer a refund.
Please be aware that the mirrors are not child safe. I noted that there are recommendations on the product information when it arrived regarding where to place the mirror. Perhaps naively, I presumed that a product for a child’s bedroom would be safe ..

We also had an issue with a bedside cabinet (faulty components to put it together. ) They were unable to provide small replacement parts & we decided to purchase the main part needed online to save it happening again as the first one was cheap plastic.
In theory we have been offered a voucher off against my next purchase … but only for a small amount.

It’s a great pity because I really like the majority of products that Verbaudet have on their website & haven’t had a problem like this before.
I’m hoping that they’ll eventually address my concerns about the mirror 🪞 which is made in China (which might explain why the safety aspect isn't what you would expect.)

I also agree with other customers about the frustrations regarding inputting addresses.
But safety is my main concern & I hope that Verbaudet will take this issue seriously at some point.
