I am very disappointed to be writing this review, but I feel I have been treated unfairly.

In 2023, I purchased the **Change Your Life Bundle**, which included a number of courses that I understood I could access and complete at my own pace. I was working through the content gradually when the courses were removed, leaving me unable to access something I had paid for.

Since then, I have made several attempts to contact the company to resolve the issue, but I have received no response. As a result, I have been left out of pocket with no access to the courses I purchased.

Given the values and principles this company teaches, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and integrity. My experience has left me questioning the company's commitment to its customers and how situations like this are handled.

I sincerely hope this matter can still be resolved and that the company will honour the purchases made by its customers.
