Loved the theme, illustrations, sentiments.
Just received their thank you note and they were thrilled!!
Happy to be a Wonderbly customer!

Deplorable service. No tracking from Euro manufacturing plant (they don't mention manufacture is outside the UK) then 10 days later it's delivered to the wrong address as their IT department can't copy the house and street onto the address label.
Customer services is hidden behind a chat bot to make it difficult to find out what's going on.
Won't be using again.

It’s bad enough being bombarded in the ad breaks now you have to register online to be targeted with even more shit advertising so won’t bother watching
One less viewer for advertisers they are killing their market!!

The high quality and good price encourage me to make books of our trips. This way the photos are not list in my debices forever. 😊😊. Great company!

I'm actually very confused about my experience so far with them.
I started ordering from them in March 2026, with further orders made in April and May.
On each occasion , l had received a standard automatic confirmation of the order, then the subseqeunt updates on my orders, which were fulfilled fairly efficiently.
I even had fairly efficient and helpful email support with a query.
Then when checking on to their FB page, today, l could see they hadn't posted since December 2025 , with many complaints in the comments.
Therefore, l have emailed them
( using the previous email address l used before) as well as the one listed on their FB page. As well as a direct message on Instagram about further information.
( I did wonder about why l hadn't received any promotion emails from them for months.)
In future, l will be much more careful about who l order from. And do my rigourous research before each
order !

They arrived late as I needed them before my sister went to Australia

I recently took a test at the Belfast test centre. I was extremely anxious beforehand, and my past experiences had left me convinced that I would definitely struggle on the day. But the respectful, reassuring manner of the staff at the centre and also the examiner, really helped me get through it and perform well.

Very helpful staff, placing order and at collection. Good communication updates on order and delivery very prompt to shop

Ask me to refresh my PayPal Account and I did that still keep coming up error. Reached out to Lifepoints numerous of times and was told problem was solved which was a lie. This problem started approximately nine days ago and as of today 10/27/2026 still can't redeem my points.
