Didn't even get to initial consultation stage, due to the clunky, frustrating experience to go via PMI. Notably:

Their online booking facility doesn't accommodate PMI details. When trying to enquire directly over the phone, the call handler had repeated system issues; then surprisely David the surgeon, had to intervene and address my query, yet still not able to populate my details.

This continued over a long, drawn out, excessive email exchange that only highlighted the fundamental disconnect between surgeon availability and the hospital booking service, whilst also miscommunicating availability, completely unacceptable introduction, and sub-par patient care.
