The most abusive person I have ever spoken to! (And I have worked front-line, for nearly 2 decades, in the public sector). The company partner I spoke to was un-necessarily rude, agressive and condescending. He saught to throw personal insults, despite knowing nothing about me. I only phoned to amend an error in my order!
This deeply traumatising experience happened just over a year ago, but continues to have a detrimental effect on my exisiting anxiety. I would advise you to steer clear of a company run by such a vile individual.
